Pettus looked **** good last night and fast. I'm not knocking our current DEs. I think Vaughn was going to have a breakout year but he got injured. I like Ross and Logan, and I don't think they are slow players, but they need a little more speed. Both of them each narrowly missed like 3-4 sacks on the field this year. Maybe they should train with the track team or something this summer.

I can see Pettus starting next year.

I just found out that Ross, Vaughn, Logan, and Shuler have another year. I think at this point we could use 1 more DT/NT, preferably a 300Ib+ guy like in the tweet below. I never said such words. I feel while we are still a G6 and have an easier path, let's take advantage of the easier path. Many portal kids want money, but many want a national title as well. Those the players we need to recruit in addition to developing our current talent.

I share this sentiment. That needs to be our recruiting pitch. It's a 12 team playoff with 2 possible slots for G6 teams.

Ha! Naw I am taking a staycation.

I feel the athletes are taking waaay too much of the blame for the issues. There are a LOT of coaches pushing players out as well. There are a lot of coaching changes that play it part. Many of these new coaches will take their QB with them if they can. I'm sure they (NCAA or whoever) will figure out how to regulate it that appeases to all parties including the fans.

Maybe he knows he is not good enough for the NFL and this might be his last chance to make a chunk of money. On the bright side, we are seeing fewer players leave college early for the draft.

Sunset is at 5:32 pm. Take the sun away and it shall get pretty cool......still better than the weather in Syracuse.

Are you from Alaska? lol The game is at 8pm. Its looking a little chilly that night. Hell even the part of the day when its going to be 70, you will get that temperature for maybe 2-3 hrs. I warn all of my non-floridian friends that visit to have a plan b for the beach during Nov-Jan. It might be too cold to hit the water. And if you do, it will be waves of cold water pounding you. Good thing about florida weather is that does what it wants like a honey badger. So it may just spike to the 80s.
