    Thanks to those who have schooled me on SC bbq. Will switch it to pulled pork. And on the Utah thing, I could do some buffalo. ( I did that on purpose) . It will remain a Buffalo until all people who have known them as such are dead. Then it can be a bison. And when GREAT WHITE BUFFALO sand Charles Bronson say so.

    I’ll start Wisconsin - Beer and Cheese Bratwurst plus sautéed onions, peppers and mustard. South Carolina State - Beef Brisket, mac n cheese and corn bread muffins. SMU - This is a toss up until we know game time. Noon kick off it’s steak and eggs. Anything later, smoked meatloaf, baked potato, BYU - Toss up with SMU for Steak and eggs for noon kickoff. anything later, something Mormon. Temple- Philly Cheesesteaks all the way. Cincinnati - Chilli Tampa style. Memphis - 4 racks of ribs. Two Memphis style rub two bbq. Championship game - Lobster tail.

    Well allow me to say that I went back and looked at our roster and I was again pleased by the size of the kids this year. We have some experience and can rotate the D line . Main concern is The O line. Billy at LT doesn’t fit well with me. I dkw Hopple isn’t in the starting line. 6’7 325 to 63 305. Please prove me wrong William.

    Now that is not encouraging. Don’t understand how a kids get scholarships to play defense and have to be taught how to tackle.
