From what I have read, Oderinde has no professional credentials in the S&C field. That could be very negative for the university and Oderinde, in the eyes of the jury.
I can’t understand why a university would open themselves to that possibility by allowing a coach/athletic director to hire such individuals.

The lack of the IPF is on the Alumni who haven’t seen the need to donate the money to fund such facilities.
How many former players have given substantial donations to the cause?

In 2016 she was the recipient of the Dr. Claire Van Ummersen Presidential Award presented by the National Association of Collegiate Women’s Athletics Administrators.
