Back in 2012, I was offered the “deal” on a loge box. I believe it was $35K/year for a 6 seat box with a 3 year commitment. I think that included Men’s & Women’s Basketball, but only right of first refusal for other events.
Not sure, but the project is being done in stages to allow the stadium to be open during football season. I was there last year for the Bob Stoops statue unveiling, and what has been completed is awesome.
I’m not sure who the mother of all upgrades is, but it’s that’s not even close.
