he must be motivated knowing his lifelong friend is going to slammer for 2 months  instead of squeeling like a pig

Its playoff time and time for Barry to start really playing.  Did you see the grab he made last night over the wall too.  No more worries about injuries he will play all out for the rest of the season and we will see the old Barry once again.

His head may have grown since his rookie year but Velcro we know (not really know) they were all taking steroids.  He was just the best of the bunch and knew it.

Other than 02, in the height of his juicing, Bonds is one of the worst postseason players. Even with the 02 year where he hit 8 homers and 16 rbi and batted .400 here is his post season line:

.245-9-24 in 50 games.

Bonds stops playing when the playoffs come, not starts playing.

Good point, but I think he may have something to prove this year after a subpar regular season.  It seemed like he was coasting all year and starting to warm up.

You think the Mets will play their starters in the playoffs, or just rest them for the World Series?

Bulls Football and Mets baseball, its going to be a drunk October.

I wouldnt sleep on the Giants or the Phillies.

I think you'll see the Mets vs the Dodgers in the NLCS, with the Mets offense just wearing out LA.

They'll pitch everyone, as it isn't a sure thing.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
