Go Rays!  They have stepped it up.  Rocco signed a deal, official tomorrow, that keeps him here for 6 years.  It's a risk to sign him, considering he hasn't played in a year and only has two years experience though.  But you know what, I don't care!  They are signing young, talented players instead of trading them for more prospects.
