Correct....only 5 teams period (no-ties, per Region) + low individual (per Region) advance to the Finals. Instead of allowing purchases of parking passes based on the # of tickets you buy per account, parking passes are allocated based on you donor level so basically you get 1 parking pass per account until you get to the $1000+ donor level.
