    If it's any consolation, many on r/cfb are dubbing this the game of the year. Flowers is getting accolades, and some even say USF should be ranked. Will be interesting to see the chatter in mainstream media on Monday. We played a great game.

    I don't know why people think we're now suddenly in rebuilding mode. We have two great QBs on our roster who'll battle for the starting job next season. Our defense will hopefully improve. I feel confident about our future.

    This time it was special teams that killed us. The missed FGs. And the poor kick return coverage.

    The missed PI against us, and the the awful PI against our D were killers. Changed the whole dynamic of the game.

    Give them credit. We could've have a Leavitt-era meltdown when we went down early. But we remained pissed poised.

    That whole drive was full of impressive play calling. Saw a lot of new wrinkles that drive.

    Who cares if he's not happy. He's getting paid millions of dollars to do a job. We're never going to find a coach as committed to us as Leavitt was. If he hates it here so much, just go out and win some games and he'll be picked up by a bigger program (where he can be fired for failing to win a national championship again).

    Ironically, this has turned out to be the silver lining in our plain vanilla offense all season. We will be pulling out the entire playbook for UCF and they won't be able to prepare for it. I'm expecting triple options, deep passes, and trick plays.

    Because it's a noon game on the West Coast, this game will have maximum national coverage. 3:30pm is perfect for exposure. Should get awesome ratings.
