THIS IS CRAZY. :-? :-? :-? :-? We moan and groan about USF and BE not gaining respect that UF, FSU, & Miami and the SEC & ACC get. Then we want to schedule around youth football and soccer games. I know that is VERY important, but we have to decide do we want to become BIG TIME football, or just another 2nd or 3rd level program. At least we are being selected for the GOTW, much bettern than being passed over!!!!!! I prefer night games also, but this is part of the price to be paid to move up the respect ladder.

One thing about BOWLS (and I ranted about it last year!!!!) YOU MUST BUY YOUR TICKETS THROUGH THE ATHLETIC DEPT. OR USF DOESN'T GET CREDIT FOR THE BUY/SALE. IF YOU BUY FROM TICKETMASTER IT DOESN'T GET CREDITED TOWARD USF "TRAVELING"!!!!! :o :o :o

Keep up the spirtit!! Matt will come around again and everone will be talking Heisman, it's like that in the football world. "What have you done for me yesterday??" Matt has many more good games in him than bad. We just need to put a cast around him to support him on those days. An Off. Coord. with a clue about play calling would be a great start!!!!!!

The Texas Fr QB is pretty good. I think during the last two weeks he has passed Matt for total statistics. He had like 6 td's last week and 2 this week. He led his team to FG position in Nebraska today. I would not trade though... Matt is a hometown kid! Yeah, Now "Colt" is the "Golden Boy" of CBS and Mussberger (what a Bandwagon A.H.). BUT, We all know who the real (Green &) Golden boy is!!!!!!!!

USF vs. Cinn. 10/22 WATCH PARTY The Polk Chapter of the USF Alumni Association will be holding a Football Game Watch Party for the Cincinnati Bearcats game, which is scheduled for Sunday October 22 at 8:00pm The Watch Party will be held at the home of RandyGator. Its waaaaaay too early to go Ga-Ga over Tebow. No one has seen how he can run an entire offence at all areas of the field. He hasn't had to operate with 3rd and 25, or 2nd and 20. I think he will become real good, but right now MG has a lot more all around experience. I would keep MG right now, but ultimately Tebow will probably be better (we'll see). I wish MG was 3" taller and 20-30 lbs heavier.

Facts are 1 PJ didn't get us to a Bowl Game, Hall did!! 2 Coaches gave him a chance to start the season (maybe because he is a SR and they felt he was even 3 He was healthy and the coaches haven't put him in to start 4 Each time he has come in since NOTHING good has happened. 5 If the Coaching Staff would give Gregory the reps in pratice and the "mop up" duty (few as it is) he would be getting ready. 5 We need a backup QB for next )and later) years Booing the players IS bad!!!

I didn't and wouldn't boo Pat. No Class BUT, I did question the coaches (how do you Boo them???) about putting PJ in. PJ has shown he CAN NOT QB this team. Time to move on to other QB's as MG's backup!!! AS I have said numerous time, PJ is an ATHLETE ... use him as one, at RB, XB, WR, TE something, BUT NOT QB!!!!!

Need to beat UNC to be in the run for a bowl. 'Cause it will be tough to win 2 of 3 from Cinn, Pitt, 'Cuse.

I think the players and fans deserve a playoff 8-) YES WE DO!!!!! 16 teams, using 15 of the Bowl Games with the remaining bowl games used as prizes for the other teams. Get rid of the Bowl FAT CATS (What was this with 5-7 bowl people at the USF-Rutgers game???) They just want a free ride to games through out the season. The Big Conferances will not allow it because this would mean they have to share the money fairly.

Couldn't agree more!!! Keep it up and overflow the stands. We need to start filling the seats better, Students AND Alumni (and just general football fans) There is football in this state besides UF, FSU (sucks),and Miami (stinks), NOW we need to step up and show it!!!!!!
