    79 is about right. The participant school gets a bigger chunk, but for the most part it is split evenly. That is why Notre Dame has the most sweetheart of all deals. They do not have to split with anyone.

    UCF will not get any more than the 22,000 fans they get right now by having an OCS. Money from football comes from bowl games. Bowl game money comes from the BCS. We, unlike those crap programs you are fawning over have the opportunity to bring that money into our program now and in the future. With that added revenue USF will do the right thing as they always have. USF is doing it the right way, FAU and UCF are doing it the poor man's way.

    You're right it is about the coaches. Yet, you do not object to USF not fighting the good fight to keep Leavitt? :-[

    Are you crazy??? You do not find a coach like Leavitt every day. You never let a great coach go. Ask Florida if they could do it all over again if Spurrier would still be their coach. Now, if you do not mind your school's football program being crap for the next ten years Leavitt is not important. If you want to continue on the road to greatness you have to keep him.

    I hate to say this, but you are wrong. Since we would be in a tie (even though we beat them head to head), the bowl selection committee would most likely take the team that "travels best." That as we all know would be the ranked Loservillers. That is why this bowl system blows. Give me a playoff anyday. Keep in mind USF is setting itself up to be done in by the "elitist cocktail party" called the bowl system if it does not win out.

    How can the score against your "biggest rival" go: L 7-27 L 3-20 L 21-26 Last time I checked you had to win some to be considered someone's rival.

    Maybe LAST year with Louisville and Cincinnati CUSA was as good as the BIG EAST without Miami ans VA Tech, but this year the BIG EAST has CUSA's best football program in Louisville and its best up and comer in USF.

    When did UCF suddenly learn how to win. They might as well be like a Div. I-AA school. FAMU would give them a run for their money in most seasons.
