LOL thanks Shoop. Yeah we were def freezing our butts off but it was fun being in that stadium and getting to cheer another game (my time's almost up you know!! ::sobs:: ) It was also great seeing the boy too! But I'm leaving Friday to go up there for the weekend since we don't have any games this weekend and it's his last home senior game...it's supposed to snow! It's a noon game too...so I guess that's better than a super cold night game right?

Yes I understand that a win against a BCS team is much more significant. But ya know what? We dropped the ball in Cincy...a lackluster performance in Kansas didn't help much either. As the saying goes- you make your bed, you lay in it too. Even if we don't go against a BCS team in a bowl, our win against WVU and Grothe's possible "Big East Freshman of the Year" will still help garner us some respect going into next season.

Wish more fans adopted that sort of loyalty! But I am just stating what a lot of my friends said- "Well, I'm broke as a joke anyway, so I might as well save up for the bowl game"

LOL I can't see Leavitt using other teams' courting to his OWN advantage, but I can see him going to Woolard and saying "yeah, you know there ARE a lot of teams looking at me.  But don't worry, I'll stay as long as we get that dining hall that we talked about, right Dougie?" lol

And I wasn't doing anything to imply their cheerleaders were "ugly"....they seem to have really cute ones. I was simply providing you guys with the necessary material. Anyone who knows me knows I'm not the type to bash other teams' cheerleaders, particularly when I have friends who cheer at different schools all across the country. I know the same goes for the other USF cheerleaders as well!

Yeah well I guess a lot of people weren't expecting our guys to do so well considering we haven't always been spectacular on the road this season...I think the WVU win changed a lot of peoples' minds about that. Gosh I am just so proud of those guys!!

Idk...before the trip I went out to Bucs/Bulls Heaven and bought some cold weather usf stuff specifically to wear around Louisville- snow hat, scarf...I also always were my usf earrings and my bracelet =)

So it's 2:12 AM and I can't fall asleep for the life of me...been trying since 11! So, I figured I'd post my pics from Louisville even though their about a week late! As you can see we had a lot of fun, even though our guys didn't play their best. It's okay though...they gave themselves a lovely redemption present one week later at WVU! ENJOY! Before taking off Louisville bound! I'm such a nerd with my HUGE bag of schoolwork And we're in Louisville! Waiting for the cabs to pick us up so we can get some dinner! Brent the cab driver had some funny stories on the way to dinner! We got dinner at Shogun's Japanese Steakhouse...yummy! Our server was really funny...he started flinging rice at us! It got all in my hair! Classic volcano that he magically turned into a choo-choo train, complete with sound effects...WOW I'm ready for bed! The next morning a few of us woke up bright and early to go downtown and see Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory...the rest of the team was lame and stayed in the hotel! lol Indiana just right across the river Outside the museum with the world's largest baseball bat With our coach Emily Outside Banners of all the all-time greats hung from the ceiling...the lights made it all look really cool Had to take this pic for my Uncle Kenny...huge DiMaggio fan Found the Babe! ...and the hometown hero Hall of Famer Wade Boggs!! Pestering Mike Mussina I made sure to weat the helmet that has all the face protection on it lol. 6-10 not too shabby although Lauren seems to think I had a couple foul balls in there lol The giant glove is eating us alive! AGHHH But not Matt cuz he's too tall! Taking a stroll through downtown on our way to grab some lunch before heading back. They had these pretty mosaic horses scattered around downtown too...pretty! On our way to the stadium Hello Papa Johns! This is what "The Oven" looks like on the outside Armed and ready! We will conquer the cold, even if the football players insist on NOT wearing under armour. First thing I did when I got in the stadium- find the legend! With Johnny Unitas! BRRRR it's cold! So it does pay once or twice a year to be Rocky in that normally, ridiculously-hot costume! Welcome to the 'Ville! Tailgating with some fans! They had tickets in a suite and didn't have to deal with the cold for very long lol Getting ready to run out with the team. I was so nervous that either we'd get trampled or that I'd trip since all-girl normally doesn't run out with the team. The Ponton family- God bless them all, they were HILARIOUS and sooo much fun to have in the stands! BRRR!! Enjoying my halftime indoors eating Papa Johns. My first time having pizza in 3 yrs! I was way too excited Right after halftime The team right after the game A great big hug from the boy I rooted against all night! lol No really, we don't fight, I swear. In fact, he now wants an autographed mini helmet signed by Coach Leavitt after the butt-whoopin we put on WVU, and he voted for Grothe on ESPN Back on the bus, eating mine and Jenilee's KFC. Yeah I know, this is not typical me, but in Kentucky it's only appropriate to eat KFC. Again it was my first time in 3 yrs having this too lol WHEW! It's now 2:57 and I'm still not tired. But needless to say I'm gonna try and get some rest. Hope ya liked em!

Those pics at the top have a real bluish tint to them or is it just my computer? Did somebody forget to white balance the camera? lol

LOL gurlybull isn't a male (check her username). And she actually had my # before, so it wasn't a far stretch! =) And ____Eats It- if that was a compliment, thanks ;-)

Ya know, I'm not sure why everyone's complaining about ANY bowl...the guys who got pretty much jipped out of a bowl just a few years back would give an arm and a leg to be in the mix like we are. Yeah it may stink that we're not playing a BCS team this year, but we need a bowl win...a win is a win.

Thanks....it's okay though. There's not always a ton of room on the field for all of us cheerleaders but I would def like to see HOT travel in the next couple years to more away games!

Why would he leave??? Tampa Bay is is home...and he gave props to St. Pete =) Leavitt isn't in it for the money. Besides...he started our football program and will probably have a lot of stuff named after him. He'd be crazy to leave

I won't settle for 2nd best...in a few years we're coming for that #1 spot!!!!
