    Let’s not muddy the water. Stay focused on USF and the lack of support from the Tampa Bay Area. This is not about Temple, it’s about USF. The lack of support goes far beyond football. USF is a fantastic university and Dr Genshaft left it far better than she found it. Michael Kelly is doing a great job to this point. No one can seem to figure out why the lack of support from the greater community. Go Bulls!

    From the top down in all facets of the university USF isn’t close to having the support Temple has. Far beyond butts in football seats. I know, I know Philly is the 5th largest city in the country.

    I’ve been highly critical of Tampa’s leadership (public and private), residents and the community as a whole based on the lack of support for USF far beyond athletics. Butts in seats is an easy measurable. The Bay Area reaps the financial benefits of USF, but doesn’t support the university or athletics. We are way beyond the opponent on the field as an excuse for not showing up or supporting the teams. “Bay Made, but not Bay Paid”. Go Bulls!

    “The entire process, putting together this partnership, was just a real pleasure,” said Chris Soechtig, market president for Tampa Bay iHeartMedia. “Really, (USF’s) desire to become ingrained in the Tampa Bay community, it just became very, very obvious that this was a match made in heaven for all of our media.” Now if the Tampa Bay are will become ingrained in USF. Go Bulls!

    If that’s the case seems a bit silly to stop because a coach can’t attend. So what, move forward and set it up for next year.

    I understand I'm coming to this party a bit late, but I don't see "why" this is not moving forward and happening just like in years past? Seemed like a solid grass roots event and something that should continue.

    I just had a conversation with a graduate from UNH. Had to explain to him I ordered pepperoni, not plain.

    I’ve not seen an update on Milton’s prognosis or if he has a chance to play again? As a pure football fan he was fun to watch and I hope he is healing. Go Bulls!

    I’ve stayed in your hotel. Very nice and a stone’s throw to Georgetown. Hopefully we can meet at the game.

    Arlington VA is a long way from Annapolis and not an easy drive. Add in tolls and you’d be better off staying in Annapolis

    Coach Fernandez and his wife are stellar ambassadors for USF far beyond the basketball ball court. Not to mention very philanthropic to USF and the Tampa Bay community. His teams consistently graduate student athletes in 4 years and WBB has one of the best APRs of any USF sport. His team performs at a high level on and off the court. Hard to find fault with WBB or CJF. Go Bulls!

    Wonder why? Because there are only 3K donors.

    That’s why I can’t stomach the NBA. It’s awful on it’s best day. Carries and walks are part of the game in this league. As for contact I get it and that part doesn’t bother me. We play AAU at the 11U (girls) and it’s affectionally called gorilla ball.

    Agreed, why fix if it ain’t broke. If you want to focus on a rule how about calling carrying the ball. Players can’t bring it up with no pressure without carrying it. I actually say a carry called in an 11U girls AAU game three weeks ago. It was certainly a carry, but I’ve not seen it called forever. Enforce the rules we have instead of adding more.

    Yep, shoot 100%, thats doable.

    Got to speed up the game with the 20 second shot clock on an offensive rebound for the ADDHD crowd. Dumb to penalize a team for doing the right thing. Shot click should be extended 10 seconds more for an offensive rebound.
