    I’ll tell you one guy who’s really invested in this team - Charlie Bradley. He’s always been there, sitting on the baseline behind the basket, but he was getting on the refs today. You don’t usually see that.

    Lots of good things in this game - Placer’s play for sure - but I loved the way Kobe Knox took the ball to the hole in the second half. Those buckets he had were big.

    Not sure what this “winning” thing is, but I could definitely get used to it. Crowd was no-hum today. No student section to speak of. That makes all the difference and they were absent. Hope they begin to embrace this group very soon. They’re missing a good show.

    Mr. Aarnio: I agree that Ariel Wilson is not the kind of point guard we need, but I’m not sure your daughter, at the end of the bench, is the answer to saving the season.

    I hope Amy is a star, but Dani Gonzalez once made 7 threes in one high school game. She’s made 10 in 19 games this season. I’m just saying . . .

    Has there ever been a more obvious example of the difference in approach of two programs in pursuit of athletic success? USF won’t re-sign a star player out of the portal because he left the program while Oviedo CC signs a star player out of the portal with multiple felony charges . . .     Past four games, Carla is 6-26 from the floor.

    Ariel should shoot the ball just to keep them honest and she has made a couple threes the past two games. At this point, I’d rather see her shoot the ball than Carla or Dani.

    They’re a championship-caliber team with Sammie but just middle of the pack without her. Expected Carla and Dani to make the usual jump forward from freshman to sophomore year that so many have under Jose, but that’s not happening. We’d be a different team if they did, but Carla has zero confidence at this point and Dani seems to rush everything. And I see now why Jose plays Ariel so many minutes as opposed to Marina. The offense just completely stagnates and the ball doesn’t move when Marina is at PG.

    They only have two players that can score - Blasigh and Levy. They’re getting nothing but missed shots and turnovers from Brito and Gonzalez.

    What can you say? That may be the most dominating stretch of basketball by one guy that we have ever seen. Pryor on both ends wills us to a win we probably shouldn’t have had. Go Bulls!

    Totally agree. Some of the combinations on the floor tonight are completely perplexing. He’s substituting more than he has in a month and a half.
