  1. he plays down in Ft Myers. So far in 3 games this year he has avg 14.7 yards per carry and scored 12 TDs. both of his parents are dead and he lives with his grandmother. this summer he moved to TX to live with Deion Sanders and Deion was going to adopt him but a few days before it was offical Noel took one of Deion's cars and drove himself to the airport and flew back to Ft Myers. Most people seem to think he is going to end up at Miami or that Deion will talk him into going to FSU. However, according to some sites i've seen him even considering Rutgers. I don't know what his grades are like but the kid has had a rough life so far and has managed to stay in school.
  2. wouldn't it be great to see him in green and gold in 2 years? come on Noel....become part of a major step foward for us. go down in history as the first player from USF to really help put us on a nationwide scope.
  3. d white was on the sidelines in 03 with keyshawn for the game. i think mike g has a picture of them depending upon how far back his archives go. i remember seeing d rube in the student section for a game last year. im sure bucs players check out some games when they are in town but like previously mentioned...neither will be at this game due to the green bay game the next afternoon
  4. i think the crowd noise will help our defense which will rattle him for sure. QBs don't get rattled by crowd noise anymore. if its an issue they wear earplugs and motion the plays.
  5. i know i saw atleast 3 piles of garbage in the north lots that were atleast 6 feet in diameter. sex in the women's bathroom...haha thats classic.
  6. the guy who replaced clark had 2 touchdowns and over 100 yards last week.
  7. the first qtr will be huge. if we can build some momentum and get on the scoreboard early (in our first 2 drives get atleast some kind of points) then we have a shot. remember, our first string defense can play with anyone. the problems tend to happen when our offense keeps our defense out on the field too long. if Hall runs for over 100 yards we should win this game. i think our d-line will be able to get pressure on Brohm (most pressure he will have ever seen in his career, minus maybe the brief minutes he was in against miami although he tore them apart) then we can play some good pass defense on them. PJ has shown great mental growth and i think we wont have stupid turnovers. i am optimistic but we will have to play near perfect.
  8. i dont mean to sound unsympathic or anything because i truely do feel terrible for all those folks in the gulf region that got hit earlier this month...but, wouldnt that be the best place for another storm to hit? the damage is already done, if a completely different area gets blasted it will spread the already thin resources to a terrible situation. just a thought. btw...can we skip hurricane season next year?
  9. agreed...if i had some kind of magic lamp and it allowed me 1 win in our next 2 games i would choose a win over miami instead of louisville. sure a win over louisville puts us in the driver seat for a BCS bowl but it would also mean that 2 years in a row the big east seems to back into a bcs bowl. if we beat miami though, we get tons of in-state press and help get some recruits this way. there will be a day in the very near future that USF is fully equiped to make our BCS run. It is not this year, lets just hope in 3 or 4 years when that moment is upon us that the Big East still has their bcs bid.
  10. yea i remember right when the game started some older people (clearly not students, infact my girlfriend recognized her as a teacher over at HCC) well anyways, t his lady had her and what looked to be her parents (these people were easily 70 years old) and they were in the STUDENT section. anyways, they complained within the first 2 minutes about people in front of them not sitting down and one of the students turned around and told her to get out of the student section then. this lady went right over to the first RayJay attendent she could find and complained. the best part was when the attendent told her to move her seats then. these people baffle me. they get tickets in the student section and then complain they can't see.
  11. i also think there was more people there for the famu game than this game. its funny how for once in the history of announced USF attendance...those UCF fans arent saying the number is jacked up. there sure as hell were not 10,000 more people at this game than the FAMU game. if anything, it was even.
  12. section 123 will still have a lot of "visitors" in it. I remember during the FAMU game I was in section 124 and it was filled with FAMU fans. so much so, that i spent most of the game standing at the railing of the north patio
  13. ill be at the UCF game next year... as long as its a night game.
  14. its great that we are trying to get something like this together... however, no one is going to know the date that we beat them. besides, can you really brag about a win 2 years ago, specially when they beat us 41-7 LAST YEAR? personally, i think we should maybe not over do this flier thing. U of L is the best team we will probably play all year and they just might go to the national title game. this is just going to be one of those games where we hope to get it competitive. lets not give ourselves the rep like UCF Fans have given their program. IF you wanna make fliers just make them Pro-Bull fliers instead of anti-louisville fliers. because, honestly, there is not much of anything anti-louisville this year. they are a solid team.
  15. if we win im sure fans will attempt to rush the field but no way they let anyone get near the goalposts. nor do i even think tearing down the goalposts is even a good tradition
  16. ESPN passed on the UF vs tenn game because it was being shown on CBS as opposed to the FSU vs BC game which was on ESPN. not too mention it is in ESPN's best interests to hype up the ACC as much as possible considering the ACC championship will be on ABC which owns ESPN. Either way, no way that Gameday would be at USF for this game.
  17. im sorry, but i was there and the FAMU fans EASILY out numbered the Knights. try again next year maybe. we OWNED you
  18. judging from the few posts already on their site... these UCF fans are not man enough to swollow the ass whoopin they got tonight anyways. ****, WE OWNED THEM!!! i loved it.
  19. BCS in the state of Florida = 4-star talent. I'm sure Carlton Hill would much rather be ON the field at WR then on the bench at QB. He is still getting work in practice at QB
  20. sbc park is widely known as one of the LEAST favorite parks for home runs...specially for Lefties. Sure, it has a short porch in the right field corner but it shoots out to almost 400 ft in the power alley, not to mention the 20 ft wall out there.
  21. first game of the weekend... volleyball beats UCF tonight. way to go lady bulls. http://gobulls.usf.edu/Sports/main.asp
  22. rivalrys are built over time. but they have to start somewhere. i have been going to bulls games since i started going to school here, which was blackwell's last season. i know that is not very long, but id say this game has had the most hype about it, specially for being this early in the season. i know there was a lot of hype for louisville 2 years ago or bowling green 3 years ago...
