    The bad thing now for U is Conn needs the win.. with the loss of brohm.. at louisville.. and them locking up the gator bowl bid today... they may not be as ready to play as they should be.

    I dont think charlotte will do anything before sat... If U lose.. and conn wins.. they may well get the bid over U.

    well after yesterday.. changed my mind... UM isnt there either... there is a middle 5 and all of us are in it..

    congrats on the win and being bowl eligible.. I'll stand by my predict from 2 weeks ago 7-4. Still dont think U get past WV but its not impossible... Happy bowling guys... turned out to be a heck of a season for both of us.. definatly closer to a big 5 than at the begining of the season.

    Part of it is overall record.. if u win out you would be ahead of us.. part of it is publicity coming our way for turn around.. We are not a top 25 team.. and neither are U.

    there is no big 5.... there is no more big 3... there is UM the big 1.. UF/FSU the upper middle class 2 and USF/UCF the middle class 2.

    i wasnt referring to us being on their level... just whether UF and FSU are still really elite.."nationwide" this will be the 4 th straight year UF doesnt go to bcs bowl.. and I know they went to the citrus at least 2x late in spurrier era. I think this makes 3 of 4 FSU wont go assuming they lose champ game.. only UM has stayed at or near the top other than last year.

    spurrier didnt win the sec the last 2 or 3 years he was there either.

    UM is ranked #3... but neither UF nor FSU has done much for 3 or 4 years now.. neither really deserves to be mentioned amongst the national elite teams.. for that matter UF is middle of the road in the SEC now.

    I doubt UCF gets Haw bid.. Nawlins more likely Haw said to be looking at tulsa and houston.

    I think that in the BE unless they have changed it.. 1/2 goes to the school going.. and 1/2 goes into conf pot that is split.

    I forgot the new deal starts next year.. I still don't see U there though.. it will most likely be WV if u win out .. or Louisville... if WV beats U .. I think u have good shot for one of the other 2.
