When they first talked about the deal they said they needed a little over 20k to break even... with all the $$$$ they have raised they will be just fine.. bonds will finance the rest prob for 20 to 30 years.. should be under 1mil per year to cover the bond.
If they are going bowling ... they better do great in conf... my guess is they go at best 1-4 occ where did u get that schedule.. Rutgers rivals site has... buffalo, Nc, Navy, and Ill.
go to ucf rival site... stan has some just follow link.. and scroll down to aug 4. the 5 buildings (restrooms and concessions u see under stadium in pictures are going up... u can pick out many of the footings for the stand... in an oval shape around buildings as well.
in their financials... on the new stadium ... they said they needed an attendence of 23 to 24 thousand. last I heard we had 2500 new season tix holders over last year.. assuming just 2 tix per holder... we should be up near 15k.
acording to another article I read the CUSA comish... said cusa is guaranteed 2 spots in 4 years.. details are supposed to still being worked out.. my guess is BE will be guaranteed 3 ...same for big 12 which is unlikely to have a team for all 4 years...
If I remember correctly UCF was expecting to make money as long as we averaged 23k per game... Tex game will be a sell out... my guess is we average 30k plus the first year... which will build a reserve toward future years... UCF will do just fine. We get all concession $$$ all parking $$$$ all tix sales $$$$ We didnt get that renting CB bowl... just like u dont when renting Buc bowl.
UCF would have accepted a bid before.. Now?? I dont know... It prob would depend on where rest of the sports would have to go... now We are out of asun... i dont see us wanting to go back. buffalo is the best option.
