The only person that has coached this decade that anyone would care about that has those initials is Bob Stoops.

It’s just like how who ever isn’t the starting QB is our best QB, anyone not eligible to play is the best person on the team.

Last year at Valdosta there were two players labeled as TEs of which one of them had any catches and they had 6.

I think we are currently demonstrating that our talent level is at worst on par with the teams we faced and that we were making great strides in willfully misusing them with our play calling.

You just don't understand the nuances of the game and the fact those things are actually the exact same thing.

I will meet you in the middle because I am a nice and reasonable guy and say the philosophy has changed and not the system and ignore the fact that the TE has not been a part of his system and was used 14x as much last game as the past and 2x as much as this season. Still you cant ignore that he is doing things differently than he has in the past, what he said he would do here and what he has attempted to do since he has been here and that utilizing the TE (which he has never done before) and becoming a run first offense (which he has never done before) is having a profound impact on the the team and the results and those are pretty big changes that can't simply dismissed as calling the same plays a little differently it is a huge difference and the only reason for the offense looking serviceable instead of 120th out of 130th. I suppose if an OC calls a hail marry once a game but then begins calling it 50% of plays you would consider it the exact same offense because it was located somewhere in the playbook.

I think he is adapting which is fairly atypical for OCs especially ones that feel they have had something that worked, most seem to prefer losing with their system over adapting to what they have. I would have bet dollars to doughnuts that KB would ride his system into the grave and I hope that I am apparently wrong and he will adapt to what we have here. It will be nice if nuking the program and starting from scratch for the fourth time in a decade isn’t the action we have to take and I hope for everyone’s sake that KB is transforming to save him and everyone else’s jobs.

Here is a fun way to summarize how completely different KB's offense was the last game we had as many TE catches at 6 as KB had at Voldusta in all of the 14 games he coached them that season.

Close but no also he did not set out to have this mix and he demonstrated it every time he talked and every play he called leading into the 4th Quarter of BYU. He accepted the offense he had instead of continuing to shove in something that was not working and we are better for it and would have been better served had he recognized it from the beginning.

The only play that I felt was reminiscent of KB's offense as I have observed it prior to here in both route, primary receiver and execution, happened to be my favorite play, was the pass for Rygol to Horne TD. We had more than 100 yds less than his average in passing while at Valdosta, while having less yards per catch and fewer attempts. Also at Valdosta the TE was the 14th leading receiver on the team coming in below the FB and just above the QB with 3.36 yards per game which is not the same as having two of your top 5 players in receiving be TEs. There is absolutely no way that you believe these things are the same and you were seeing them all season especially in regards to TE as KB has never utilized them in his life besides when he was having two line up for us for the sole purpose of blocking.

That’s just what those silly brain surgeons try to say; I doubt they ever even played contacts sports. I have probably had more than 30 concussions and I’m the poster child for mental health.

But smoking marijuana unlike ever other type of smoke is good for you and is a medicine that cures every single type of ailment, and sure they used to say the same thing about cigarettes and snake oil but this time it’s true I read it on the internet from some url that a bunch of guys that all laughed alike and smelt like pachouli oil gave me.

I don’t like commitment or taking care of things

I dream of the day when I can happily say things are better now than they were before we dropped the ball and set our program back what has now been a decade. Then we can all live together in happiness and celebrate our victories at CJL field.

I’m on Ford’s side change is dumb if the world sees something in you it doesn’t like than the world needs to change. People always say your taste buds change but I like the exact same foods as I did when I was eight.

People always want to complain about lack of tradition and then anytime anyone wants to create them or carry them on everyone wants to complain about not liking the traditions. Kudos to you for embracing us in our perfectly imperfect form.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret, none of this truly makes me unhappy beyond perhaps a few moments 12 days a year. I find arguing on here to be a fun and cathartic escape from reality, if it’s not fun I recommend people find another hobby. Shhhhh don’t tell anyone.
