Markey, No secrets, just fact. You see, it's like living in Chicago. When I grew up it was either you were a Cubs fan or a White Sox fan. NEVER both. If you go into Chicago it is still that way today. Same as here. You can be a spectator and root for as many teams as you wish. Often showing some enthusiasm to that team, But a fan is one who lives and dies by their team. One who is depressed when they lose, and one who is ecstatic when they win. They make the team a priority in their life. This is a fan. It is total commitment to their team. Hope it helps. If anyone thinks I am full of sheeeaaaat, hey maybe you are right. Especially from Chicago!!! ;D And Terry, Thornwood  High in the city IS a Ballin school. Always a state threat. So I think it can be assured he has some game. But why did he leave the Boilers? Fan=Fanatic. Definition: Websters= One moved by enthusiasm. "Fan" derivitive-slang. Bulls fan+ Bulls fanatic. Once a Bull always should be a Bull. If you support as a "fan" should, no others comes into play. If so, you are a Spectator, not a fan. BULLS FOREVER the rest just sucks!!!!

After hearing and reading his comments about what he wants for us, IT'S ALL GOOD!!! He has my support. Now go out and kick this community in the butt. Get everyone talking about USF. Get rid of the talk about the school of animal husbandry located just 80 mile north. NO2UF! (sorry T. Had to use it!) ;D Reaper

I agree Mike, But I am sure he already knows the situation here as he is a bright man and has done his homewoek before getting the job. He is a proven idea man and I am hoping he comes out of the box big time. It can only help. Now meaning out hot, getting the community, media, and in general get this community turned around and not thinking of the other schools in this state. USF first and always. GO BULLS!!

He needs to come hot out of the box. Get things going here and have people see the changes right away! Otherwise, he'll be a Judy pawn. Start making USF a power to be known. I will give him his chance and support him. GO BULLS!!! Reaper

It's not a matter of non bullieving, E.T., it is skepticism. I just feel that we should have gotten an AD who has big time expirience in a big time market. St. Louis is NOT a big time market. We are stepping up. To me,(jmo), we should have looked a little deeper. Again, I bleed green and gold, and will support this AD. But only time will tell about his moxie. Reaper

Very skeptical about this choice. Again, we get bargain basement instead of quality. Genshaft looked at the numbers, could get this guy cheap, done deal. Mark my words... CJL will be outta here in 3 years because this guy won't be able to keep up with the football program because HE DOESN"T HAVE BIG TIME FOOTBALL EXPIRIENCE, and because Genshaft won't release the purse-strings to increase the budget to be competative as all the other teams in the Big East!!! I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but we should have chosen tried and true with expirience handling ALL sports, especially in the Big time. Sure he's been through the C-USA wars, but now we are in the Big time. It's like going from AAA ball to the pros. BIG DIFFERENCE! Oh well, time will only tell. Maybe he will surprise us all. I wish all our games were on Friday nights. Our win percentage is awesome for Friday nights.

I have as maybe you have in your lifetime. If not, good for you. My complaint is that at any opportunity at any given time, you bash us on this board. Please save that for the other area. This board is for in depth analysis and response to BULLS athletic events and happenings. That's why we have the "smack" board where anything,(within reason) goes. I do appreciate your input about UCF pertaining to updates and team info. But this is not the 'I'm better than you" board. Thank you for your understanding and adhearence. Well, we just need to sanitize them ( the two new coaches) when they come here. After that, they are all BULLS baby!!! By the by  we signed another brazilian juco player from Texas. Looks like our brazilian connections keep on coming. If they are half as good as Ale and Michelle, it will be a fun season. And Collin you are right. The V ball games are awesome!!!  Reaper And the new coach's name has a ring to it... Nikki Shade Nikki Shade ( try it like saying Chaka Kahn). ;D
