Not so fast. When the Notre Dame NBC contract ends and is not renewed-welcome to Big East football. With 9 football teams the Big East will be looking to expand to 10 teams and play a Championship game. Who is that 10th team? The lure of Orlando to add another Florida team will be irresistible. Question, why do you continually point out and report our "actual" attendance when EVERY OTHER school in the country uses the paid attendance to report.  Is it because it supports your agenda to bash USF? I don't mention it first...the TSA reports actual figures to those in the Tampa Bay Media, and they report it. For some reason, most USF fans don't know that fact. Well you STILL haven't dug up the figures for the WVU game to prove what is appearing as your baseless accusations that the UCF game drew more than the WVU game. I don't see the majority of bowls surviving anything more than a 4 team playoff. So, why not go for a 32 team playoff? All eleven conference champs and 21 at large teams. Then all those 2nd and 3rd teams from the BCS confernences can get in and make the BCS conferences lots of money. The fans get to see the big name matchups too. Kizarvexis

A poster mentioned a comment of 'when will we get crazy fans like TN, PSU, Boise St. UTenn was established in 1794 and has been playing football since 1891, for 109 years when you take out 6 scattered years of no team, mostly due to wars. Penn St (My guess on PSU) was established in 1855 and has been playing football since 1881 for 120 years when you take out a 5 year break from 1882-1886. Boise St was established in 1932 and has been playing football since 1968 for 38 straight years. Boise St moved to Div I-A in 1996 and the WAC in 2001. USF was established in 1956 and has been playing football since 1997 for 10 straight years. USF moved to Div I-A in 2001, C-USA in 2003 and the BE 2005. The closest comparison is Boise St and in thier 10th year, they moved from Div II to Div I-AA! These things take time. USF's rise from nothing to the BCS BE in ten short years has been nothing but stupendous. USF's rise to the BCS has been like the lines in a movie script. But this is real life, so not everything will happen over night. One of the problems of the USF fanbase, is sometimes having unreasonable expectations. Like comparing the fan base of a ten year old program to schools that have been playing football for decades! BTW, FWIW here is the breakdown for the BE. The draft is based on Strength of Schedule. If two teams are tied for SoS, then the Division or Conference tie breaker procedures are used if applicable. If two teams are still tied, then a coin flip is used. Since the Browns and Bucs are in different conferences, then the next applicable tie breaker was a coin flip. I believe the coin flips are done at the NFL Combine, but I may be wrong. Kizarvexis
