The tailgate was awesome. We parked inside gate 12 of the fairgrounds and were the only bulls fans in that area. I saw about 5 other bulls fans in the entire fairground lots. All of the cocks fans were really cool where we were at. Especially the females who were loving the USF Boys. The Sheriff showed up after a plane delay and then a taxi ride to the game. He was greeted with an ice cold Bud and then we introduced him to some of the lovely coeds we happened to meet. When our supply of 5 cases of beer was starting to reach dangerous levels the Sheriff, myself, and a friend decided to make a walk for beer. We were suprised to see cars parked at the gas station across the street tailgating right next to the pumps. The clerk inside was cool as hell as he was the owner of the store and was making a fortune that day. We picked up 3 18 packs and headed back for our lil section of Bulls country. That was followed by beer chugging contests between the cocks and the Bulls. Once inside the stadium my buzz quickly went sour. After seeing our D hold them to a three and out only to be nullified by a hitting the kicker penalty I was pissed. Then on the next play boom 50+ yard TD. The rest of the game was horrible for the Bulls. Both Ronnie and Pat played like crap. No one should say either one is good until they prove that they can throw. As of now stopping our offense is pretty easy. Stack the box and blitz almost every down.

Mike good to hear you guys made it out just fine. I don't care if it is raining in SC. I'll be there for the Bulls no matter what the weather is.

Home- 1a Pitt This game got the nod over Southern Piss for a couple of reasons. It is the season opener, a big time team, and it is on ESPN. Gotta love the hype. 1b Southern Piss I also will take great pleasure in seeing USM go down after the debacle in hattiesburg last year that I witnessed. Road- South Carolina- Im going to be there and this game should be a blast. Hopefully we will pick up our first win over an SEC school.

Sounds freakin awesome. I remember that Leavitt said don't build it unless it is top of the line which it apparently is. 12 squat racks is great so that not as many players are standing around waiting to use them. Can't wait to take my tour now that it is finished. I did take a tour late one night with a compadre back during bball season.

I thought college football was supposed to be played on Saturdays. I dont mind Thurs or Fri night games too much, but a game on a Tuesday is just ridiculous.

Beastie. You answered this yourself. A lot of the people that live in Florida weren't born here, but moved here. They grew up watching other teams in other places. A lot just root for the teams here because they are local, but there is not any deep seeded passion for the team.

I feel bad for the guy because we have all made mistakes. However, the negative pub we would have gotten would be horrible and we made the right decision. Hopefully the guy doesn't get canned because of this. I don't think he will ever get a big job now that this has come out front and center.

Yeah I have seen them in there every afternoon this week. They, the twins, must be taking a summer class here. If they're not then they had better be paying to use the facility.
