    It makes sense he voted to add bottom tier programs outside of UTSA. HE wanted his guy Jeff scott to increase his fbs win percentage up from 3.7%. We should have dumped him after year 2, but Golesh is making the third year of catastrophic look even worse.

    I wonder how many of them still have a covid year or redshirt year left? We are about to play UTSA whose star qb is a 7th year covid super senior.

    I mean he didn't move Tamu forward or backwards except in recruiting. It will be interested to see how many recruits decomitt and his recruits transfer to greener pastures. Everyone gets another free transfer so some of these kids have two free transfers without sitting out and all have at least one because he was fired.

    He was asked to leave Florida by Napier as part of cleaning up the culture by a former Gator player and booster from Winter Haven. Sometimes taking other team's problem doesn't work out. Hope he gets it figured out.

    Her plan failed USF Football, the alumni, the fans, and the students. Now we can't fill the student section becaues her actions led us down this path . The IPF should have been built over a decade ago.

    Then Judy's vision for USF came to full fruition once she fired the Godfather of USF Football, Jim Leavitt, and athletics were neglected for over a decade. Luckily we have a president now that seems to care about investing in athletics. Empty seats every where, lots of losses, and the excitement vanished before our eyes. The only way she could actually make it write the fucll check to build the OCS herself and name it after Le Roy Selmon and Jim Leavitt.

    Going by rankings ,undefeated conference play, records over last 4 years,and their coach has the highest win percentage of any of those teams in his career. Army beat them without the 7th year QB. I guess we will find out over the next two games. No one in our conference has a better record in the last four years then UTSA.

    Who nominated usf for the college football playoffs ?

    I don't know if being a consultant in the AAC is going to perk his itch to get involved in college football. I wonder if his buyout states if he gets a coaching job then he forfeits the money. If not, I think he could land a job if he wanted to, or he could enjoy life with 75 million more dollars.

    If I am Jimbo fisher I am retiring, and enjoying the 75+ plus million I am collecting over the next 8 years. He hit the lottery essentially.

    That is less than I thought. I was thinking more along -27.5. Utsa is the best team in the conference at home on a short week. They have a 7th year star qb, 5th year star receiver, the best defense in conference, and the best coach team we play all year outside of Saban. I would be shocked anything short of a beatdown. I am rooting for the Bulls but would not be surprised by an old school @** whooping. If we want to win we have to play our best game this year.

    We are not the worst defense anymore. The defense won the game for usf against temple when the offense was out of gas the second half. We are no where near the Leavitt defenses , but there is tangible evidence we are getting better even if by a little bit. When is the last time that we could say the defense won a game for the team?
