    Is Vaughn actually coming back? If so I hope we see him on the edge or front 3 de. I wonder how his injury will impact.him. He was one of the.few guys that gave it all on thr field under Jeff Scott. I would love for him to come back have a monster year and help usf win a conference title. I have a similar type of respect for him like Dono. He chose to to run when times got tough and gave his all. Those are the bulls we need.

    Back to back wins being carried by Kuch and Vasi against cup contenders. Point,Stamkos, Cirelli, and Cernak all played much better last night. Hopefully these are signs of things to come.

    Lever arm presses are great for power in the trenches. The trainer golesh hired comes from my idea of working out power and explosiveness with compound lifts including bands amd chains.

    Sad but true. Charlie turned into crap the last two years, but his poop had nothing on the stench of losing from the Clemsummmm south way of Jeff Scott. Also I forgot someone needs to tell all the gramaticas that they can't jump around and dance or kick anything but a football. It is crazy both brothers tore their acl by jumping up and down and celebrating field goals.

    The strength coach packed some muscle on the whole team. Look at the difference in most of the returning players. I think it is part of why the guys went so hard on the field last year, because they were pushed harder and packed some mass with power and explosiveness.

    Not sure. The running backs were decent last year, but not ground breaking. We still lack an elite rb.
