I think it's time to discuss serious fitness during the plague shutdown. We have discussed the past of USF football. We have discussed the future of USF football ad nauseam. It's time to think about good heart health and stamina. What better way than with......Nordic Intervention. As you can see they have depicted a wonderful piece of exercise equipment. Yes, there is a Nordic product in this photo.... So, I hope all of you will take a moment to reflect on your own personal workout regime. A football season is coming. Don't be depressed..Come to the light. We have to go on about the past because weve pretty much worn out all the jabber about CJS and the future what if's. People were getting beat up for being positive about our prospects because...we didnt have a Spring preview, we haven't played as yet or practiced and we have the **** plague unknowns. Personally, I have been impressed with the dialogue and the posts on this topic thus far...good conversation, easy going, pretty much upbeat.

Interesting. Must say, your are an analytical individual. First, no hate here for any of them. Disrespect and Aggravation at what they "didn't" do as our head coach..Yep! Recruiting? they all operated in the fertile FL area so little or no excuse. I seem to recall a high school coach say that CS was never on campus nor did he ever touch base with them. Holtz seemed to come to USF and coach lazy. I always figured he got more $$ than at ECU and was too busy fishing or golfing. Taggart? He screwed the pooch. He had a chance to build something great but he was an egotistical job jumper who was all about: Show me the money. Now, he fell off his throne in a big way. I hope we beat the crap out of FAU for him not for CJL, I like CJL. Lastly, any coach with Quinton and Company should have ran the board...

Remember when the sports commentators for espn and cbs would cover our games and pump up our brand? Last season their comments were pretty negative re: our losing ways. Who was it in the one game that actually seemed to get pissed and wondered out loud, what the hell was going on with CS? Might have been Dilfer?? That said it all right there that night.

Weve always had a problem hanging on to a winning streak. If not we would have a BE and a AAC chmp trophy in residence. So yeah you get a little gun shy when you see everything going along in the win mode, kinda waiting for the other shoe to drop. Now being mad at 7-0 hmm? Maybe 0-7 would/should bring out our mad side.

U pegged that one. Amazing to think that an experienced coach could assume a program that was winning and in 2 years totally take it into a nose dive. Lazy and disinterested seemed to be the coaching attitude w/ a dash of incompetent. I remember back at his hire a Texas fan came on here and wished us good luck. At the time I thought, that's cool. But then you realized it was like....good **** luck folks were glad he isn't here any longer. Whew! you opened the door with those 4 words. But...those are the old days. Water under the bridge. Can kicked down the road. CJS is the new way I have faith.

I too think we will be a much better as a team and I think this staff will get a lot out of these players. It's been interesting to see how CJS has used the portal to add talent, size and experience. I'm hopeful it all happens and we get a chance to see the work in progress as it hits the field.

Our last 3 years of dwelling in the cellar has really taken a toll. Not even 1 mention of USF in this Rivals article, Nothing. Not even a small blip from the writer that covers USF. I do believe that CJS and Staff will create a winner and maybe sooner rather than later.
