Meh, 1 round of 10. I can live with that
It goes without saying that effectiveness is going to be limited if you can't throw strikes and locate your pitches. But that being said he's controlled it good enough in 9 out of 12 starts.
Body blow, body blow ...
1 of 10.......

I would be willing to play.

The proxies are out there making it known that Texas would rather play USF than might mite UCF.
I know that it just came down to how the schedule fell and that UT would have dropped us like hot it worked out differently, but this is my story and i'm sticking to it.

I believe he was. He has done that just about year here recently. He just remains effective. Living proof that you can have the body of an average middle age man with high 80’s Fb and still get ML hitters out. All about that command.

Hey @Brad notice how he finishes?

Anything he's done off the field pales in comparison to what he did to the Falcaons ....... as much as I hate them.
Oh for sure...Universal example of quitting on your team.

No such thing as bad publicity is a joke ...... literally, in the Oviedo Affair.
I got ya now and no doubt, nobody really likes to be laughed at.

I'm sure this will be spun by PT White into UT wanting no part of the REAL 2017 national champions ....
Surprised we haven't seen a tweet proclaiming this yet. Also PT White is the only way I will be referring to him from now on. Thanks trip

Texas-Alabama series hurts UCF and could have affected USF, too
"Wednesday's news that Alabama and Texas have agreed to a home-and-home series is great for college football fans.
Just not the ones in Orlando.
The Longhorns will host 'Bama in 2022, then travel to Tuscaloosa in 2023. To make it work, Texas canceled the non-conference game it already had scheduled for Sept. 9, 2023. That game? Home against UCF."
You mean even the "National Champions" get bought out?

HUGHES NAMED WOMEN'S BASKETBALL ASSISTANT COACH; DIRAIMO DIRECTOR OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
TAMPA, MAY --, 2018 – USF women's basketball head coach Jose Fernandez today announced the addition of Danny Hughes as an assistant coach on the Bulls' staff and the promotion of former graduate assistant Dominic DiRaimo to director of player development.
Hughes comes to USF after two seasons (2016-18) on the UMass women's basketball coaching staff, serving the last as associate head coach.
DiRaimo served last season as a graduate assistant for a Bulls team that posted a 26-8 record and made its fourth straight NCAA Tournament appearance. A 2015 graduate of USF, he previously served as a student manager and an assistant to the video coordinator for the Bulls. He had stops as an assistant coach at St. Catherine College and Saint Leo University after graduation.

I think Petrino is a bigger creep based on his body of work. Saban runs a close second.
I think this gives Petrino a little breathing room at the top.

So 1 out of 2 fits this situation.
I don't know, there's a lot people in Orlando calling themselves national champions. Seems pretty gullible to me.
Edit: I took it as fitting the UCF national championship situation, specifically speaking about Nick Saban talking about them, then yes only the one.

Didn't he have a famous quote that fits this situation exactly?

Left off UNC, surprising ...... lol and we lost to that sucky Fordham team 2-0 . details ....
I didn't leave them out, my point was that half of his QS have come against teams that need voodoo magic to make the postseason, UNC doesn't fall in that category. Also the point was that most of his conference starts have yielded 5 or more ER.
I'm just saying when the other lineup is a post season caliber team. our ace has shown to be incredibly average due to his lack of command.
and I'm sorry that the best hitting team in the American athletic conference failed to hit against Fordham, hitting baseball is the hardest thing to do in sports and that has shown to be much more of an anomaly than SM not walking batters.

lets just see how effective shane is in the postseason and its 8 of 12 QS.... you can say Houston doesn't count all you want but there was still 5 in his ER charged against him. Other wise, whats the point.
