    If you remember before last season Harlan brought in Tomey to be an assistant (another former head coach). He was brought in because of his experience, but some people thought it was a plan B in case Taggart couldn't turn it around. This looks similar.

    I liked the hire of Antigua because, after the Masiello debacle they needed the process over and I thought he would be able to recruit. Tthen it looked like he was lost and completely over his head. I think that's why they brought in Murry Bartow. He's the babysitter this season. Have to admit, with Baxter not coming it's hard to be optimistic about it.

    This actually seems like a good idea for USF. A lot of practice facilities that I've seen just look like a big shed anyway. The rendering of this one looks nice.     I don't really have a problem with it. First, it's pretty silly ranking. Second, we've only been playing 20 years. Compare that with Memphis which started in 1912. Even UCF started in 1979 which makes it so much better that we passed them so quickly.

    Yes, talent is important but chemistry is absolutely a necessity within a line and that only comes from playing together. Not saying they won't be good but I expect them to start slowly before getting into sync. Hopefully by the FSU game.
