    Where'd the guy go who said he saw blueprints for an OCS? I'll taper my enthusiasm for those buzzwords. Just excited to see what the potential five year plan is! Hopefully there is good news regarding season tickets and donors, too.

    I'm going to taper my enthusiasm for the buzzwords that are OCS and IPF; just interested in hearing how the entirety of athletics is fairing. Maybe a huge influx of season tickets and donors than in previous years. Maybe the plan involves ways to expand in other ways. Exciting in the long slog that is the football offseason!

    It's gotten so much better over the last decade though and all of the expansion on//off campus is fixing to turn that part of Temple Terrace into a solid community. #PUBLIX

    LOL Yeah that article made up the conference's as regional partners, but clearly he was throwing in names in a hat at times. As hard as it is, can't pay attention to what the "media" says or doesn't say about certain institutions. They don't make the calls. They also may be biased about pointing someone out or leaving someone else out. The presidents, commissioners and AD's make the decision. And in theory, they know whom the best candidates are. Heck the best candidates may be the ones not tooting their own horn because they don't feel they have to.

    The hire came out of nowhere (with most thinking Babers was in) but I don't recall reading media outlets calling Frost "out of UCF's league." It's definitely a clean reset with a new AD, uniforms, scheme, et all, but reboots don't happen overnight. I'm not understanding the obsession with spring game attendance this year; it's never been a factor in the past.

    Agreed. So the ammunition of "they best Baylor in 2013" with a coach//AD//entire team and scheme that is gone should also hold no water because it's one season in one sport. Realignment is only who has the potential to bring in more money.

    Oh TY. Calling anything a "lock" in realignment is hilarious; it's anyone's guess what anyone is thinking. I still believe it's more likely the Big12 poaches from the ACC; but I'll be extremely surprised if UCF or USF gets in over Cincy, UConn & BYU if they only go to 12. Those programs just have the legacy and history that the Florida schools just don't have yet. As ridiculous as it sounds, it's definitely clear that matters. Again it's anyone's guess. I still believe we want realignment to be tabled for now.

    Agreed. I've seen Laura in and around campus a lot recently and even then she has a big smile on her face.

    Since the inception of the American Athletic Conference there has been only one champion in Men's Tennis

    Not entirely. The DL rotates a lot so everyone on the two deep will have significant playing time over the course of a game. Could be Bronson and Hector had impressive springs. Hector for sure was all over the place during the spring game. Of course Awoleke and Senat will get significant playing time. Shows how deep the position group is.

    Yeah that's the thought here. Do the USF higher ups want to push for this property being a spot for an OCS, or having an OCS at all? Of course the fans and supporters want it, but is the money//resources really there to make it happen? I'll hang up and listen.* *Im just like Jon Snow, I know nothing when it comes to OCS talk. Just curious if the talk is just fans and supporters, or if there is something tangible behind the veil.

    CJF is all about the international players. Love it. Hopefully this starts a trend of reloading and not rebuilding. Would be amazing to see a program that keeps the machine moving.
