The next will and should get more time, but CCS walked into a special situation and is leaving a special dumpster fire behind. You don’t have to have the accolades from ESPN or banners to have standards. That is a fallacy. You think those schools were like “well we haven’t won anything yet, so we’re cool with a terribleness coach”? No, this is a young program that is still finding its footing and we shouldn’t settle for this kind of crap all performance

    Yea, but I’m seeing that people are saying the players are complaining. Not the coaching staff. So maybe he lost the locker room? They were comments about arguing and finger pointing. Which to me means there is probably a lot going on.

    So some people on Twitter are saying that practice was “lackluster” and things weren’t well. Don’t know if any of this is accurate, but if it gets confirmed I will throw it up.

    Gilbert is just another redneck looking white guy. They all look the same. You miss my point about the press conferences. They can add insult to injury. Sure the sound bites can be funny cool, or inspiring, but they also can reveal things about a coach. The thing we can take away from strong’s post game talks is that he thinks he and his staff have been doing enough, and that it’s primarily the players that are the problem. So does Shaq know how to coach football? He might be able to liven things up around here

    I bet they’ll keep that 3 play playbook until they “find” their guys too. Honest question will he at least feign interest in being our coach next season, or will he just cancel/skip all team related press conferences and stuff?

    The coaches never put our playmakers in position to make plays. They coached scared all season and at the end people caught on. We didn’t try to adopt, just rolled over. Sorry, but miss me with all this apologist bs

    We we were missing was an exciting offense. One that scored points and was scrappy. We have become disgusted with a guy that thinks knees are acceptable when you’re losing. Who allows the same play to be called consecutively for 4 or 5 plays at a time. Who is either exceptionally arrogant or has lost his football iq.
