    He will probably be back with us next year as scouts will want to see how he does after the injury. If he looks like he did before the injury he will be drafted pretty high next year. If not, he might have to come back for his senior year as he would most likely be a late draft pick

    I'm not a big fan of the new format for the playoffs. They keep adding more teams which begs the question why not go to 16 (8 nl and 8 al) like the NBA and NHL. First round can be best of 3 or 5 then best of 7 the rest of the way. Cut the season down to 140-150 games. It was always 4 on each side now its up to 6 so just go to 8 and be done. The Rays will make the playoffs as a wild card team. No one is catching the Yankees in the east short of a major collapse.

    If the SEC grabs FSU and Miami why would they even need ucf. Wouldn't they be better off going after UNC and Clemson to expand into states they aren't instead of having 4 Florida schools. FSU, Miami, and UF would give them the entire state.

    Could we have a real bull placed where the visiting team comes out before the game as part of an intimidation factor in our ocs. The bull would be separated from the players like lsu has with the tiger at their ocs

    If the pac 12 picks off some of the big 12 that would be our best shot at getting into the big 12. I imagine if the pac 12 goes after the big 12 it would be from Oklahoma state, Texas tech, Kansas, Baylor, iowa state, or Kansas state. I don’t see the pac 12 going east of the Mississippi

    I’d be looking at byu and Boise state as the 2 most likely to jump to the pac 12

    Anyone remember back in the Florida series the lightning had a goal disallowed after a face off in which the lightning player tipped the puck to his teammate on the face off with the tip of his glove and the refs reviewed it and ruled it was no goal. Had they called it on the ice it would have been a penalty but since replay caught it it was no penalty but no goal. I don't see why too many men couldn't be treated the same way. In this case if replay shows too many men the goal is disallowed but no penalty to the team that had too many men just a face off at center ice. They allow offside to be challenged but not too many men which is strange in my opinion.

    It will take a miracle for the lightning to get the 3 peat. Lightning had plenty of chances and will regret only putting 1 on the board in the 1st. Needed to score at least 2 in the 1st

    Lightning facing what amounts to a do or die game tonight. Lose tonight and this series is over. Hopefully the lightning figured out what went wrong in game 2 and come out ready to play

    The one good thing this year is that the game is at 7:30 instead of noon. It shouldn't be as hot as a nooner.

    Leavitt had only 2 losing seasons while he was here and went 3-2 in bowl games. Outside the inaugural season and 2004 he won at least 6 games every season.

    The key for the Bolts will be don't get into a shootout with Colorado. In the games Colorado has won they have scored 7, 2, 7, 5, 3, 5, 6, 3, 8, 4, 4, 6. In their losses they gave up 4 and 5. The bolts have the defense and the goaltending to keep the scores down and they will need to do this as Colorado will look to make it a shootout.
