    Geez, and RHP Ben Brutti was drafted 16 picks later by CIncinnati. From the 11th Round on, the base bonus is $125K. Any bonus over that amount goes towards a teams Draft Bonus Allotment.

    The Baltimore Orioles today drafted one of our top recruits, RHP Zachary Showalter, with the 1st pick of the 11th Round. As this was the first pick of today's session, I am pretty sure the Orioles know how much to pay over slot to sign Zach.

    Our pitching staff is a disaster! I know Jasiak is hurt, but Lord, Kerkering and all The young pitchers are pathetic. what a major disappointment our baseball team has been.

    This team seems to have some serious team culture issues. Earlier this year, a couple players were suspended (i.e. - Gonzalez, Ruiz, and another) for a stupid prank / possibly stealing from teammates. Now, several suspended for violation of team rules. After the success of last year, you would think the veterans would act more responsible. No wonder we suck this year!

    I don't believe I received an accurate answer to my initial inquiry. Our team sucks and Walker is not playing at all. I find it hard to believe Corey can't earn any playing time! What is up with Corey Walker Jr? I was excited that we added him as a transfer but he only played a few games recently. Did he re-aggravate an injury? What was his injury in first place?     With Gregory and Stewart transferring after not being here even a full calendar year, this is exactly why I do not get excited about transfers. Usually if a player is transferring in, they just aren't good enough or have some issue(s). With the transfer portal, it is much easier for players to just quit and run, rather than work hard to earn a starting position. I thought players could only transfer once without sitting out a year. This is ridiculous. Good riddance, we hardly knew you two!

    Not a big fan at all (nor getting excited) about all these transfers. If a player is transferring to us, more than likely they have issues or are just not any good. Just look at the results of all our transfers last year, not much positive about them (other than RB Mangham). Look at our Men's Basketball team as to how a bunch of transfers turn out! I thought Jeff Scott was a great recruiter. That is how you build a team. Yet, we only have like 7 High school commitments this year, several are not even rated. All of these transfers are not good for College Football and is ridiculous. Similar to the Coaching Carousel going on currently.

    Based on the mixed results from this year's transfers (in another thread) and Pinder's injury, I am not getting too excited about this. Usually, players transfer for a problem / reason and they don't pan out. This transfer portal has created a huge mess. It is better to build a team through solid recruiting.

    Coach Scott having his Dad talk in his ear during the game was ridiculous and unprofessional! Especially when every play was rushed as the play clock was winding down due to confusion / coaching staff not having a clue. No wonder we only had 2 wins! Any coach of a Division 1 program should be qualified enough that their Dad is not on sideline and providing insight in his ear during game!
