  1. Any coach who says they are committed to staying usually ends up leaving...
  2. Softball is #25 in the latest poll: http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Softball/College-Corner/2014-College-Corner/Top-25-Polls Congrats, Ladies!
  3. I'll go with unpredictability for $200, Alex... 1) USF 2) 2 3) Rudd -- 17 4) Rudd -- 8 5) 57%
  4. Hope she's ok. We'll play more games...you've only got one mom. I agree. Nothing is more important than your mom...
  5. Bull, Thank you for doing this contest! The only bright spot in an otherwise dismal season(s)... That being said... 1) Temple 2) 7 3) Rudd -- 17 4) Perry -- 12 5) 50%
  6. My wife and I were vacationing in Vegas and took a day trip to Los Angeles / Hollywood. A staffer gave us tickets to the Craig Ferguson show and one of the guests was a Marine Biology professor from USF because of Shark Week. I was wearing my USF alumni polo and I won the chance to meet Craig Ferguson and in my excitement of winning, I told him I was proud because I am a USF alumni and he had a professor from my alma mater on his show. From the back row, I hear a "Go Bulls!" shout out and in my natural response, much to the shock of Craig Ferguson, I shout out "Go Bulls!" and throw up the horns. Stunned, Craig jokingly says, "Security!" and the audience laughed. Fortunately, I usually get a response when I say "Go Bulls!"
  7. I think I am starting to repeat myself with these predictions... 1) USF 2) 12 3) Allen -- 21 4) Perry -- 15 5) 67%
  8. If USF had outside shooting they are a 25 win team. Their lack of shooting is why they have to have success attacking on offense either after a miss or make from the opponent. When teams can set their defense against USF, it's going to rough going for our Bulls. That's why we have to always rush into the offensive end as quickly as possible to attempt to exploit a defense that isn't set yet. If it's not there then be smart enough to pull it back out and run the offense. USF came back from down 17 by shooting layups and getting to the FT line. This is our offense for the time being unless Hawkins and Aleem can start proving to be outside threats. You mean, if we had an offense we would win more games? That sounds vaguely familiar... I wonder if that would work in any other sports... That being said, reading the game on this message board was very exciting. Brings back the old days of listening to games on the radio (not that I would remember those days)....
