Coaching departures are a different story.... He's not wrong there. We just need to work to a point where we are reloading with good talent instead of rebuilding like someone else mentioned before me.

I'm not so sure about that. I don't think FAU is that far off from UCF so we can't be too far behind. Also, Google maps confirms they are closer to UCF which i guess confirms your statement. -

BB would not be smart to leave this year. He would be smart to pad his stats for another year, maybe two and then collect that $1M+ payday. I don't see any P5 offering 1M based on a season of putting up number against a ****** conference. Oh, and if someone offers him that much money (garunteed), he sure as **** better be packing his bags. I wouldn't be mad at all.
