  1. I'm 5'11 and have stood directly next to him a few times. He's not taller than me, and may actually be a hair shorter. I have consistently said that his height is a huge disadvantage and may be the main reason for his troubles. It's also the reason we don't throw over the middle much. He can't see over the line.
  2. Me too! Not being able to watch the game is the worst.
  3. I know about the number, but security came and took the guy who got sick. They didn't seem all that interested in the intense argument that was going on at the time. I couldn't believe that this group didn't just shut up and apologize. The fact that they were arguing about the guy having to leave it what really pissed me off. I'm thankful that my friends were with me to help keep me calm, because it could have gotten very ugly.
  4. A group of 10 or so people sat behind me and my girlfriend about midway through the 1st. Most of them were very clearly incredibly drunk. They were all being incredibly obnoxious and dropping F bombs all over the place. Language doesn't bother me, but there were a lot of families around and I saw two mothers of small children that were upset over it. At half time, the guy behind my girlfriend's seat throws up, and it splatters down on mine, and my girlfriends legs. The guy then sits there and says that he is fine, and that he wants to watch the rest of the game (this group was barely paying attention to the game in the first half). My buddy tells the vomiter that he has to go, and a couple of the vomiters friends stand up for the buddy, and let us know that they are season ticket holders and they have every right to stay. Security comes down and escorts the vomiter out, but his friends and my friends are still going back and forth. None of the vomiters group apologized about getting puke on my or my girlfriends legs. Their drunken argument was that it wasn't a big deal, and he should have been able to stay. My girlfriend and I had enough by this point, so we left and tried to clean up and moved to a different section with unoccupied seats for the 4th quarter. I know that my friend went to guest services and complained about the entire group, but I don't know what happened after I left the seats. I really don't want to have to sit with these clowns all season. I'm hoping someone has had experience dealing with dbag season ticket holders. Is there anyone I can call to see about getting these people removed, or am I out of luck? TL,DR: Got puked on. Want to know someone to contact about the jackass group behind me. Thanks
  5. 1. USF 2. 69-13 3. Shaw 4. Davis 5. 485 I don't see Chatanooga being able to stop us. BJ plays 2 and a half quarters, Floyd finished the game. I'm guessing 6 different players catch TD passes (Davis, Dunk, Trex, Hopkins, Shaw, Landi). I can't wait. Thisoffseason has been better than most thanks to basketball, but I am pumped for the season to start.
  6. Skinny Raymond. I loved the way he played the game, and all that he had to go through to succeed. He may not be as vital to our success as Hall or Grothe, but he had more heart than anyone. Loved him as a Bull, and hope he has a hall of fame career in the NFL.
  7. I don't think Pete was wavering, but after this he might. I know he was excited about getting a group from Tampa to go with him. If Benjamin has concerns, it's very likely he's talked about them with DiNovo. No way O'Liar is coaching UCF next year. I wouldn't want to go there when you don't know who will be coaching you, and if they will bring in some of their own guys. I understand that coaching changes happen, but to walk into one knowingly is a huge risk.
  8. I can't post a screen shot on my phone, but Rudd is currently the main photo on the college basteball page.
  9. How did the keeper look? Biggest concern this season, imo.
  10. The bio says his son formerly worked at versus (now known as NBC Sports Network). It's probably nothing, but him knowing the right people and already being a big shot in the television industry definitely couldn't hurt. I'll reserve judgement until I hear more about him, but between this and the consultants they brought in, I'm feeling cautiously optimistic.
  11. From one of the posts on that thread.Ju'Juan is now listed at 6'3" 206#. Another big talented WR wouldn't hurt anything. We could let Tshumbi find a home somewhere else. Love the fact that OSU considers us a rival in recruiting the transfer. A lot different statement than you would have heard 2 short years ago. Many, many articles mention OSU as the first choice for him. One of the guys at 247 said that they weren't surprised, and that the only reason he ended up at UF (rather than OSU) was that he went there for other players/his friends. The only other school I've seen mentioned was USF, which seems possible. He would likely start after sitting out a year, way too much talent. Big frame, big speed, big playmaker. I hope we get him! Marshall is likely a slot/flex guy, so he would have to beat out Spencer and Thomas for PT. I could definitely see that happening. No freaking way this kid would start here after sitting out a year. He's way too raw. As far as I know, he has never played a snap at WR in a game. We have way too much talent at WR to waste a scholarship on a player like this. He has talent, but are WR corp is loaded with talent. We need people that are in positions of need, or that could produce instantly when they step on the field. Go hard after Coley and Stevens, but leave Story alone. ETA: Oh. I think I misread that and that is a quote from an OSU fan there. No way he would start there either. People are greatly overestimating this kids ceiling. I have faith in Holtz being able to evaluate talent. I believe he had Story as our #1 recruiting target. That was before he committed and enrolled at UF. Before we had D'vo and Ruben enroll at USF. Before we had Badet want to be a Bull. Before we started receiving interest from elite WRs like Coley and Stevens. We need scholarships for positions other than WR as well. Florida is and always will be loaded with WR talent. Now that we've had a few big name WRs (and a big name QB) come to our school, I think it will be easier to get them in the future. Story has talent, but we need WRs that want to be at USF. Story wanted to be at OSU, but felt pressured to go to UF. Why would he be happy and productive here? This kid has never played a snap at WR. Never. Why would we want him when we have elite prospects interested in USF, and a staff full of good to great WRs? He might be productive here, but it's definitely a risk (look at Dunk, who is better than Story, but still isn't having an impact here). I don't think he's worth a scholarship when we have such big needs elsewhere (LB, DB). Anybody we bring in now will be counted towards our LAST class. So, bringing in Story wouldn't impact the current recruiting class. We still have a limited number of scholarships. Dre Griffin Ruben Trex Dunk Welch Hopkins D'vo Mutt All of those WR will be back next year. Along with Badet, Richardson (maybe) and hopefully Coley or Stevens. We will have at least 10 WR on scholarship. There's no room for a guy who has never played the position. I don't care the potential he has. Woulard is going to have plenty of weapons without bringing in a raw guy to the detriment of the rest of the team (scholarship wise). This is all moot anyways if he really can't transfer here.

  14. I was sitting right behind the guy in the OKC jersey. So close to being immortalized. This same picture was on ESPNs college basketball front page after this win. Love Judy in the background.
  15. I went to high school with him, and knew his younger brother quite well. I didn't know OJ that well, but he seemed like a nice, genuine guy who was super excited about going to USC. I was sorry to see the trouble he got in there, and even sorrier to see this. He had incredible talent, and I know how much he meant to his family. Tragic.
  16. Collins is way better than Reid, who is way better than Kemp, imo. Not taking anything away from those two, Collins is just that good. I really think that Collins could come in and be a great starter as a true freshman. He is a true all purpose, three down back. Kemp and Shaw will be great to spell him when he needs a breather.
  17. Would be a nice replacement for Isaiah Pead. I really like this RB Collier that USF is trying to pull away from Miami, but if Robert Davis would be easily wooed away from Cincy just by offering him, I think USF should do it. That's just me. We are still in it for some very good RBs including Collins and DJ Reid. I like Davis a lot, but he isn't in the same class as some of these other guys that we are interested in. Taking Davis now may turn off some of the better backs, and we really only have room for 2 this class (with JoJo Kemp being already committed).
  18. Can we go easy with the #1 QB in the country? I've been following this kid for over a year, and he is an exceptional talent that won a very prestigious tournament. But I don't know if he is the #1 QB, and all of the people that closely follow recruiting would agree with me. Does he have the potential to be a top QB? Absolutely. But he needs to show it on the field his senior season before I start throwing around stuff like this. Not trying to be a pessimist here. I love AW, and think he's going to be the best QB to ever come through USF (he definitely has the talent to be), but lets not crown him yet. Edit for huge font that came out of nowhere?
  19. Day 3 Recap Video: http://espn.go.com/high-school/football/video/clip?id=8186167 Asiantii talk starts around 1:45
  20. Mr. Woulard, what position did Asiantii play before he transitioned to qb? Do you think there is a move in Mykals future? I'd rather have a qb depth chart full of Woulards than Evelds (not to take anything away from Bobby, Tommy, and the rest of that talented family. I'm just not sure either of them have legitimate D1 starter potential.)
  21. You guys are worried over nothing. Asiantii decommitted because he wasn't ready, and recommitted when he was sure this is where he wanted to be. I think he was incredibly mature about the whole process, and he knows where home is. I don't care who comes calling, Asiantii will remember the loyalty that USF has shown him from the very beginning, and he will be a Bull come signing day. I just wish he was an early enrollee.
  22. I'm super jealous of you guys going tonight. I will be there tomorrow for when we finish Hofstra off, but I think the crowd will be electric tonight. Go Bulls!
