  1. Well, the Big East refs in the booth would not even review the play.
  2. This. I have also had season tickets since the start. I have 6 tickets and a Green Jacket donation which is quite a bit of money to me. I thought last year was an anomaly, but it is now looking like the new norm, and I don't think I can continue to support it. It will hurt to lose my seats, which I like, but I feel like I am throwing good money after bad. It is even hard to sell tickets anymore, the way the tickets are discounted along with the the cheap season tickets. For instance, between the ticket cost and donation, I paid $72 per ticket to the UTC game. But hey, I could have bought tickets for $9.87 to the game due to a promotion. The Rutgers game had 2 tickets for $30.00 on one of the discount sites. It is a combination of being disgusted with the team and feeling like I am way overpaying for my tickets. I can go to the occasional game and save a whole lotta $$$. I hate not supporting the team by not renewing, but I hate even more the way this team is being coached.
  3. It was a frustrating game at times, but it was so great to win a game like that, when all seemed lost. Especially after some of the games we had last year. GO BULLS!!
  4. I think it is the opposite. I think this shows how good things could be with an OCS.
  5. I renewed my ticket this year, and have had tickets since day 1. Having said that, I have a kid starting college next year(first of 3), and am strongly considering letting my tickets (6) lapse after this year and purchase individual game tickets. I paid over $2500 w/ donation for my tickets, and that is going to get tougher to pay for starting next year. I would hate to not have season tickets, but like Matt, I could buy individual game tickets for select games and come out way ahead.
  6. BM says they have withdrawn from the MWC and are coming to the Big East. http://www.cbssports...for-2013-season Boise State formally withdrew from the Mountain West on Saturday, sources told CBSSports.com, meaning the Broncos' football program will join the Big East in 2013. By withdrawing before midnight Saturday, the Broncos' exit fee is only one year's lost revenue in the MWC (about $2.5 million). Had they waited until after Saturday it would have cost anywhere from $7.5 million to $24 million -- because they would have provided less than one year's notice. Even Big East interim commisioner Joe Bailey wasn't sure Boise State would withdraw from the MWC. "I can't comment because A: I don't know and; B: I won't guess," Bailey told the Idaho Statesman on Wednesday. It's still unknown where the Broncos will place their Olympic sports in 2013. In December, Boise State announced it would leave the Mountain West in 2013, joining the Big East as a football-only member and placing its Olympic sports in the Western Athletic Conference. However, the WAC has been decimated by defections, leaving only five members. WAC interim commissioner Jeff Hurd previously told CBSSports.com his league needed to add at least two schools to remain a Division I conference. Hurd told CBSSports.com Saturday night he didn't know where Boise State would put its Olympic sports. "I do not know," Hurd said. "I have not had contact of any kind with Boise today." With the WAC's future unknown, Boise State has tried unsuccessfully to gain membership into the Big West for its Olympic sports.
  7. That should be able to be rectified. Did you call them? No. It has been 4 years since I moved up, and I did not hear about the certificate until a couple years ago, and figured it was too late.
  8. Let us know how it looks. When I went to the Green Jacket level of donation, I did not receive a certificate, so I am Green Jacketless.
  9. Thanks for all of the photos that have been posted. I need to get back to see everything in person.
