  1. The NFL connection we have with CWT is the best recruiting tool our program has to offer to any recruit no questions asked.

"Hey my best friends are the two best NFL coaches at the moment, come play your ass off for me at USF and I might put in a good word for you."

-Willie T in the living room of every High School player

  2. Just to let you guys now I worked the USF athletics auction this weekend at the Marshall Center and Gallagher did a stand-up set. And he was actually hilarious, way over anyone's expectations had everyone rolling. Tony La Russa, Lou Pinella, and John Gruden were all there as well, always great to see alumni and boosters connected with professional sports helping out our program.

But yeah its been pretty cool that we've reached out to people like Hogan, Gallagher, and La Russa.

  3. This helps USF so much in the recruiting process.

Willie T being best friends with Jim Harbaugh is one of the greatest things thats ever happened to this program in way too many ways.

CWT can literary walk into any recruits home and say "look you come here and you play your butt off and I can promise you I'll tell my best friend who is a head coach in the NFL (any recruit's dream) to take a look at you in the NFL draft."

Lets be honest, if we didn't have the CWT and CJL connection in SF he probably wouldn't have been drafted.

  4. Just had a thought, with Wisconsin, Sparty, Indiana, and Maryland now on the schedule...

Maybe we're being auditioned for the B1G?!?!?!?!

Knowing this, and the fact that Judy Genshaft graduated from Wisconsin and held administrative positions at the Ohio State University, it may not be such a crazy thought...

We definitely at least need to win our conference title once though.

B1G is no joke of a power conference.

  5. In addition, Lynch negotiated the opportunity to be involved in some special situations on offense so be ready come the Spring Game.

Aaron Lynch's offensive play during the Spring Game:

    AL lined up at QB

Throws a screen to Andre Davis

Who then throws it back to AL who ran downfield during a WR pass

AL catches it and pitches it back to Shaw

AL blocks a couple people then gets the ball back pitched back by Shaw

AL runs it in for a TD

    Calling it.

  6. I wont be able to get McMurphy's tweets anymore since he blocked me today. Someone asked why he had a vendetta against Big East/USF on his page...I responded with the Jim Leavitt call out story and was immediately blocked afterwards. Kind of funny that someone with 31k followers would care enough to block someone for that. Feel free to posts what he tweets on here...b/cI won't be able to get them anymore lol

    Gosh I hate that guy

Would you mind explaining the Jim Leavitt call out story? I'm unfamiliar with McMurphy up until this year. Did it have to do with Leavitt hitting a player?
