Go to dollar beers at MacDintons on Thursday Night on Howard Ave if you're looking for the "hot college girls" atmosphere

I miss Bulls on Parade
No song pumped up the section section like this one:

One things for sure though. When we did have a closed upper deck and...a solid football team, the atmosphere of a full lower bowl is enough to create an awesome home field advantage:
At the 2:00 minute mark you can clearly see the Upper deck is closed.
aww the good ole days

Who'll be watching Coach Antigua lead the DR against the US tonight at 7pm? It'll be weird cheering against America for the most part just hoping for a good game and solid coaching and demanding court presence.
Go get em

lol
"In Leach's two years at WSU, the Cougars are 9-16. They were 9-40 the previous four seasons, under former coach Paul Wulff."

Its the year 2014
People still butthurt against Japan?

Man this guy stayed as a walk-on through 3 head coaches and is now getting an NFL shot. Great for him!
-
one of my favorite bulls. just, always throw it to him.
But only if hes streaking down the sideline because he is right down S-C-A-R-E-D to try to catch anything down the middle

Still, I feel like the media and national coverage in '07 when USF broke the top 10 for a couple of weeks was wayyy more intense on the bulls (I know because I wasn't a USF student or fan at the time but you couldn't go anywhere without hearing about the USF team) than any national coverage UCF got all year last year and they finished in the top 10; minus probably after the Louisville win and even then the attention focused all on Bortles after that not UCF as a whole. Common people really don't want to buy into UCF and its disneyland demeanor.

Grothe, BJ, and Selvie are on Mt. Rushmore though. Who gets the 4th spot?
What did BJ accomplish again?
Sure he started for 4 years and was a great athlete...
But his decision making was atrocisious, honestly BJ lucked out more than anything that Holtz was never able to recruit solid competition in the QB position for 3 years.

The season that could have been .... *tear*
The real season that got away was 2009.
Grothe was starting his senior season and his injury forced us to play freshman BJD. But THAT defense was loaded with talent.
-
Not terrible.
That line-up could trump the 2012-2013 lineup where frigging 6'8 100lbs Toarlyn Fizpatrick was our starting center. If Guerrero is able to contribute then a line-up with him and Perry on the floor at the same time won't look small at all. Perry is a BIG kid.

Just a matter of time before hockey takes over.

Once our starters began to get hurt many of our back-ups were still players recruited from our C-USA days. The talent began falling off and we couldn't keep up. Its all speculation now but give CJL a couple more BCS conference recruiting classes and we could've maintained success.

Start Bench.
Redshirt White till Bench gets hurt or screws up.
-
And he came in as a QB lol. Dudes huge!
-
This one's BIG. Come on coach O!
-
For perspective I was waitlisted and barely made the cut in 2009. I had an 1180/1600 on the SAT and had two college credits from passing AP U.S. History and A.P. European history.

With our many unfortunate similarities to C. Florida, its good to see the average UCONN fan knows a good amount about us
-
So, let me get this straight.
Coach Antigua asked a coach about a sophomore player that is considered one of the top players in the country. And based on that fact alone, he PROVES he is a great recruiter? Because he made ONE phone call?
Really?
Can turn down the hyperbole machine, maybe like 500 notches?

Not to mentioned we CRUSHED our conference foes in recruiting. USF should be able to purely just out-talent most of the AAC on the field in a couple of seasons.
I don't think you get trophies for a decent recruiting class plus we "just out-talented" FAU and McNeese State last year and how did that work out for us??
Apples to oranges
1.This incoming class isnt just decent, its by far the most talented class ever recruited at USF. (several players were downgraded from 4 stars to 3 after committing here).
2. Our talent level on the team last year was ****. Holtz didnt fit in with our identity; couldn't recruit well here.
3. The team had to learn a completely new offense. (By the looks of the Spring game they certaintly look more confident running it now than they did at any time last year...Practice)

Taggart is recruiting the hell out of the Tampa and Miami area with coach Lockette. This is his SECOND year. Everyone chill out. We are the most spoiled fanbase in America.
