Looks like Todd Bowles Jr( yes that todd bowles) entered the transfer portal yesterday from Rutgers. Couldnt find much on him, so not really sure how good he is.

Don't forget defensive backs that can cover and tackle.
Wouldnt mind, but we've got to get back to having a solid front 7. Its been the reason we've sucked on defense for years.

First bowl game for me since the Meineke bowl. Got way too drunk talking crap to Clemson fans, but it was a good new years in Charlotte.

I was talking with a friend who is a nole fan. They were saying that FSU is going to use the playoff snub to say that the ACC isnt competitively viable( or something of that nature) and that would be grounds to break the GOR.
Havent been following the rumors out there, but it sounded interesting. Would be quite the turn of events if that actually played out.

If some form off Big12 and ACC merge then OSU\WSU\MWC and AAC would surely have to do the same?

Yea anywhere from lake worth to ft lauderdale and miami that time of day is “Atlanta” like which i know u know about
Didn't even think about rush hour around those parts. What's the latest you can get away with without bad traffic? 3?

Seems like we'll have a good crowd which should give the players even more energy than they should already have.
A bowl win and good recruiting class should give the team a lot of momentum going into next season.

He’s not even playing all the snaps. It looks to me like they rotate their front four each series, so he’s only played half the defensive snaps in the first half. I don’t want to get ahead of myself, but it feels to me like we’ve got something cooking, huh?
Will be getting all he can handle here

He took us from a dumpster fire to a bowl in one year…I think a conference championship is not too far off…exceeding leavitt would be a big ask…his recruiting has been well above what anyone would have expected…I’d love to take revenge on FAU this year…we have got to compete with the top teams if we want to get called up to a p5…
ehh it is not from an average ranking. he just has a ton of guys this year.

Echols wants to play TE. He grades out better at DE but think he's a little reluctant to transition completely. Smiley is being converted to DE for sure though.
A very good DE is way better value than a very good TE. Hope hes a DE.

From what I have read All the rbs on Georgia are eligible to come back next year if they chose to. Georgia has runs a rb timeshare under Kirby. From what I have read he was offered $700,000 and that is more then what he was getting in Gainesville behind Johnson. Also his brother's money is not his money.I am not saying his brother may not help him out, but he is responsible for his own future. I see him being a top 2/3 back on Georgia. The chance to play in a big bowl game of college football playoff game is much higher under Kirby then Napier. I can't blame the kid for getting paid and getting to play for a top 5 college football coach over Sunbelt Billy.
Well yeah I wouldn't go to Gainesville for all the jorts and white tennis shoes in the world.
Bowls games and being on top teams doesn't matter in the NFL. Sure, I guess if hes gonna be in a committee anyway then you might as well get paid. I would just chose to go to a place where I would be the feature back on a good-ish team.

It is all about the money. If he isn't good enough to be the every down back on Florida, there is no way he will be the every day back on a deeper and talented Georgia team.
Very shortsighted if it is about the money. His brother signed a $13 million contract. I just have to laugh when a millionaire family says it has to do whats best for the family.
He needs to be a featured back somewhere where he can get good film. Whats the point of making a few hundred grand being stuck behind people or in a committee.

First off, I'm glad they are building it and would be okay with anything they put in.
Would be nice to get some clarity on what the "right" way is from their perspective.

Yeah it looks like the home side is concrete. Wonder if that has something to do with being attached to the TGH building?

I think he did fine for the most part. However, him leaving after bringing in the teams that they did doesnt feel so good.

They need to have some kind of USF hall of fame in the stadium

East-west orientation and location of the tower should build in a significant amount of shade for the home side, plus the design will allow for adding additional shade structures later. I'm satisfied the issue has been addressed and not simply ignored like it doesn't matter (you're right, it very much does).
I must be missing something here because this all seems backwards to me.
North south orientation would have been preferred for shade from boxes and cooking opponents during day games. East-west orientation gives a sliver of shade and even then they should have the scoreboard on the west side to block some of the afternoon sun.

ACC opponent. USF to ACC confirmed.
Might actually try to make it to my first game of the season.

I agree to an extent, cant have all the liwer conderences in the playoffs though.
Sure you can. It will take some time, but talent will spread out and create more parity. The schools with more money will still have an advantage, but it would create a better league overall.

They were already ranked and undefeated.i would have been shocked if it wasnt Liberty.
There really shouldnt be any man made rankings. Put all the conference winners in the playoff and let the results speak for themselves.
Heard we have 4 early commits already practicing?

Maybe outside of FL, but FL school systems were a joke when I went to high school in the early 00's. My middle school in upstate NY was way more difficult.
