    I tried to talk about this objectively with a person in real life and was told I Was jealous of the Peach Bowl. The offense put up yuge numbers versus Idaho and a bunch of SEC East schools that fired their coaches. Pretty sure they only scored 3 at home versus Purdue.

    I know the bar was set high and USF just missed it, but the seniors who committed to this program in its darkest hour gave us fans reason to have such high expectations and finished with back-to-back 10 win seasons, and bowl wins over P5 teams. Thank you, SENIORS!

    First of all, they are not protesting the Star Spangled Banner, they are protesting perceived difference in treatment by police offers of blacks versus whites. The people who are upset at these protests are upset at the forum they are using. And while yes, the anthem was written to inspire patriotism, nationalism, and American Identity. And yes, the song includes lyrics dedicated to slavery (fairly common at the time), the song isn't a "slave propaganda song". It's a nationalist propaganda song, just like God Save the Queen and O Canada.

    If they are smart they avoid Tampa (and even maybe even Orlando) and I would like to see them pick the 8-12 largest markets without an NFL team, and definitely the markets that got screwed by the NFL with the moves; San Diego, Oakland, St. Louis. Would also love to see a team in Mexico City, Birmingham, San Antonio. Explore new markets that are football crazy or international markets that are getting into the game.

    If Vince does get back into football it shouldn't be to go after the NFL, it should be to go after the NCAA cartel. Make it a U25 league. Call the top 500 prospects and let him know he can make $100k a year plus performance bonus for signing in their league. Maybe save 1 over 25 spots for the carnies like Manziel, Ray Rice, etc.... The NFL isn't going to turn away talent and will be there after 3 years in the XFL, and the kids who need the money can get paid to play. Win-Win!

    Sorry, the coverage on the P6 is so poor that even as an above average college football follower I had ZERO insight into this angle. Also, it is surely more interesting but does nothing to strengthen the argument for the mythical P6. A P6 team wouldn't lose by 40 in what is basically a home game to a 6-6 C-USA team no matter what turmoil said team faced.

    Very boring second half. They traded touchdowns then no one scored for the last 25 minutes. 51-10 la tech brings home the p6 bowl win

    SMU getting abused by Skip Holtz and LA Tech. 35-3. La Tech has run like 95% of their plays in SMU territory.

    Frost coaching this game is a lose-lose for just about everyone involved. The only one who wins is the guy cutting the travel checks at Nebraska who doesn't have to pay for Frost to keep flying to Orlando to poach recruits. (Ignoring the QB they just poached from Tenn who lived in Cali).

    Good story, have to admit I haven't followed his career at all and had no idea he was a Bull until they said so in the segment. Pretty funny the cameras caught Brady saying "who is 55" after his first sack.

    Mizzu dropped 70 vs a 1aa, 68 vs Idaho, and 45's versus 3 schools that fired their coaches and Vandy. They scored 3 points versus Purdue! at home!

    I am not sure I follow the argument with the double negative at the end but regardless... Saying UCF sold out their bowl tickets is a good thing for the conference is like saying bowl season matters. That is until the AAC starts dropping games to Arkansas State and goes 2-5.

    For whom? The only one who this holds in a positive light is UCF and has nothing to do with the AAC or USF.

    UCF is basically betting the formula that made Frost a success will work two times in a row.
