  1. I got WKU - have to be there for CAG first win and UTSA. Road trips are the best
  2. Paper tickets were the best mail days ever
  3. I was there and up until right before the half we had more than a chance.
  4. That would start full meltdown, awfully early in the season
  5. I own 8 tickets. Normally my family uses 4 and then I give 4 to my kid's friends/people to try to get some fans and expose them to USF. For Bama it will just be the family. i sold the other 4 and it paid for all 4 of those tix for the entire season (not the donation part just the ticket cost).
  6. Miami plays in front of small crowds with regularity. Shouldn’t matter.
  7. I don’t know I don’t really think it’s an issue. I think if they are big notable games people go. I see plenty of packed stadiums on Saturdays. I really don’t think it is a concern and what it’s going to be great to get back on topic is when our stadium is packed as well! It’s really good to annoy some people on this board though when that happens!
  8. I agree. 40,000 seems like a much better number. I would be curious the cost differential to go from a 35,000 seat stadium to a 40,000
  9. I’m almost 50 now. There was no team when I went there. I have always been a sports nut. Can’t see that changing. But age is no friend to the body so that I do understand
  10. I guess. In my opinion, no matter how much money I have that is never going to change my extreme passion for USF. There is absolutely no reason why somebody with a lot of money can’t be wild and crazy for our school.
  11. Agreed. Game one is going to sell out no matter what. 100% guaranteed. We do not need a repeat of losing our first game in the rebuilt sun dome
  12. Interesting. We need more high level donors from the fans who have the end zone passion.
  13. But you said women’s basketball underachieved. They clearly did not. It’s fine for you to hate just be accurate in your assessment.
  14. Nobody is saying you can’t criticize him for that. My point was in reference to spring sports which was THIS thread topic
  15. They are not going to finance the entire amount. I think in this market, with construction prices the way they are, the amount actually seems pretty well within the ballpark of what the cost might be. Now will it shock me if it came in at 250 million? No - but I didn’t think 400 million was crazy.
  16. Curious the differences between these two. So many questions and sooooooo much time. Every answer will be like Christmas though
  17. Maybe not to you but in terms of college sports it is number 3 nationwide
  18. They literally won 6 conference championships in a single year just two years ago. Again, I understand. We are not talking about football or basketball, but when spring has a bad season, you cannot say that that is representative of everything when clearly that is not indicative of recent success. We get it you don’t like the athletic Director but that doesn’t mean you have to come up with some crazy connection anytime something does not go right
