  1. How about Chamberlain grad, Jay Gruden? His Bengals offense is currently torching the 'Skins, has ties to the community, and has maximized Dalton/Green's potential.
  2. I am giving up on the predictions game, since I have proven terrible at it. But if we somehow pull out a win against FSU (and, let's be real, its the type of game USF should not, but occasionally does win) and, of course, do what we need to do against Ball State, then this season looks real different moving forward. On top of that, it could very well turn out that Rutgers defense is proven to be really strong. That will shine a different perspective on our loss too. Not trying to voice unwarranted optimism, but with a few breaks, suddenly this season will be at least enjoyable again.
  3. 1) USF 2) 24 - 17 3) BJD 4) Davis 5) 341 Although, last week, I picked Nevada, so maybe this is bad karma?
  4. 1) Rutgers 2) 20 - 17 3) BJ Daniels 4) Davis 5) 301 I have no faith in anything I posted other than Rutgers wins. Due to their ground game. Let's keep in mind, in this same sort of thread, I predicted Nevada would win, and I like how that ultimately turned out.
  5. Most pertinent statement, in reference to BJ Daniels, "he has great receivers around him." I approached this season as negative as any Bulls fan. But if Andre Davis plays like that, with T-Rex, et. al, supplementing, I am willing to increase my expectations* *Besides L'Ville: they are simply better. We only win if turnovers go our way
  6. This win is up there. Not because of its significance, or who it was against, but because of how it was accomplished. USF never wins games like this. Anything similar in the past seemed, to me, more reliant on emotion and breaks going our way (KU, Auburn). But this was workmanlike. We protected the football, played solid, hung around, and grinded one out. Maybe not our biggest, but certainly one of our most unlikely wins given the circumstances. Proud of this team!
  7. 1) I have drill with the National Guard. It ends at 5:30, and I have a two-hour drive home. I am going on media-silence once the game begins. Will make a pitstop on the way back to grab a selection of craft beer, and then will watch the game on DVR. To more specifically answer your question: My pregame is basically maximizing a fitness test so as to matriculate to Officer Candidate School. 2) I live in Virginia, so maybe the Temple game. But I am visiting Tampa for the FSU game. 3) Less. Worried about our offensive line. Also worried that if we lose this week, the quick turn-around may result in a loss against RU when we may otherwise win. And Louisville looked pretty solid. 4) Rushing the field as a student after the WVU game. 5) Tampa. Hands down. No desire to visit Reno. But Vegas???
  8. ESPN 3? http://espn.go.com/watchespn/index#type/upcoming/startDate/20120901/
  9. Bill's image has me wondering what role Vin Diesel has in the USF/UA relationship
  10. I have to imagine that this article has been posted so if it is redundant, I apologize. But, before you click, I warn you that the article is a ***SPOILER*** and so is everything I type during the rest of this post: Elite 11 Espn I have some expectations for this upcoming season, but they are subdued only because I am so excited for Woulard to join the team in the season that follows. I would like to think I am amongst the most hardcore of USF fans, and enjoyed every home game of my college experience in the front row of the student section. And now that I am making my way as an alumnus and professional, it is the excitement of recruits like Woulard that motivates me to donate. Despite living in D.C., I fully intend to purchase season tickets throughout Woulard's career at USF. It's not only his skill that intrigues me, but I love how loyal he seems to the university. I have long since learned to restrain my expectations when it comes to our football program. But everything I have seen posted here by Mr. Woulard, and tweeted by Asiantii has me convinced that the best days to be a Bulls football fan are ahead of us. I am so stoked. Thanks Asiantii, and Mr. Woulard, and welcome to (A VERY ENTHUSIASTIC) Bulls Nation!
  11. Thanks! These pics confirm that Bonani is on the roster for what feels like, to me, his 64th season
  12. Hey, it probably doesn't mean much, but I appreciate the informative, non-obnoxious answers from the UCF fans. I honestly can't say that I like USF basketball as much I hate UCF football, so I guess that means that I hope the best for UCF in basketball; it really doesn't effect our basketball much. There's too few roster spots and too many players available to suggest that we recruit against each other... Good luck and thanks for answering our questions in a mature manner!
