  1. _______________________________________ that's right Riz, but patience is not a strength of Bull's fans of late
  2. Have you done any homework on the guy? Or did you just see that he was the Raiders DC and the Bengals DC and figured that he must suck and now want to trash him? Let's also not forget here, we aren't Alabama. We are USF and we are currently attached to a falling apart Big East Conference. With that being said: Oakland Raiders DC from 2000-2003. In 2000, 2001, and 2002 the Raiders made the playoffs and won their division. Bengals DC from 2005-2007. In 2005, the Bengals were Division champions. In 2011, returned to the Raiders. They were 8-8 that year. Before his NFL work, he was an assistant coach at Navy and Georgia Tech. I think we did **** good for where we are right now in the world of college football.
  3. CWT has personal experience with him.. As much as I'd like MB to be the man and on USF staff, if CWT says no I gotta believe there is a reason
  4. You may have noticed; this type of realistic analysis doesn't go over well here
  5. well then, if need be he can fill in for Prado and Basebulls won't miss a beat
  6. If CWT takes us one step higher than we have been I will be quite pleased. Comparing this program with Big 3 in what 'should' happen is foolish. Lets get 10 wins, a conf. championship, a BCS bowl berth . . . . . and enjoy those accomplishments if/when they happen
  7. Wow! Something that fantastic sure looks like it was designed by somebody, but I guess it was just a series of accidents.
  8. Per tweet from Greg; he may take unofficial visit to USF Friday. What say ye high school scouts?
  9. I bet in private that Aresco will say it was a bad hire, that he nows wishes had never happened. Talk about stepping on a career.
  10. the article: http://www.heraldtribune.com/article/20121231/ARTICLE/121239943/2416/NEWS?Title=Taggart-set-for-new-spotlight-at-USF
  11. Dominating the upper half of the page is a big green pic of CWT under a header: People to watch in 2013 (Hopefully one of the young pups down here who knows how will take a photo of the printed page and post it here)
  12. you can tell we're in the middle of a slow off-season period when a Mark Royals comment tops the TBP board
  13. I personally can't think of many programs that are more like the USF Bulls than SDSU. Little cousin to the big boys in a big state with a nice market size and great weather.
  14. At that time the Roman emperor, Augustus, decreed that a census should be taken throughout the Roman Empire. 2 (This was the first census taken when Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3 All returned to their own ancestral towns to register for this census. 4 And because Joseph was a descendant of King David, he had to go to Bethlehem in Judea, David’s ancient home. He traveled there from the village of Nazareth in Galilee. 5 He took with him Mary, his fiancée, who was now obviously pregnant. 6 And while they were there, the time came for her baby to be born. 7 She gave birth to her first child, a son. She wrapped him snugly in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger, because there was no lodging available for them. 8 That night there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby, guarding their flocks of sheep. 9 Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord’s glory surrounded them. They were terrified, 10 but the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!†he said. “I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. 11 The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David! 12 And you will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth, lying in a manger.†13 Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast host of others—the armies of heaven—praising God and saying, 14 “Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.†15 When the angels had returned to heaven, the shepherds said to each other, “Let’s go to Bethlehem! Let’s see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.†16 They hurried to the village and found Mary and Joseph. And there was the baby, lying in the manger. 17 After seeing him, the shepherds told everyone what had happened and what the angel had said to them about this child. 18 All who heard the shepherds’ story were astonished, 19 but Mary kept all these things in her heart and thought about them often. 20 The shepherds went back to their flocks, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen. It was just as the angel had told them. 21 Eight days later, when the baby was circumcised, he was named Jesus, the name given him by the angel even before he was conceived. Merry Christmas!
