    i agree, the most important part is aquiring the land first, once we do that we'll have as much time as we need to raise funds, design, and build a stadium.

    I wonder how this rumor was started...Ive been hearing about it from random customers at work and such...I really do hope its true...and with USF wanting a new lease with RJS giving them a 5 year option, i wouldnt be surprised if there is something brewin in the athletic dept...

    I dont know a bunch of drunk students trying to cross BBD coming to and from their dorms sounds like a potential lawsuit to me....why not have a walkway of some sort like the one from the yankee stadium to RJS...

    if a stadium was built there, they would probably have to build some kind of massive walkway over bruce b downs from USF...I know there is one at the medical school but students and people who tailgate at USF wouldnt be able to use that one.

    scout.com has us at #47, and FSU at #50, and UCF at #61. Thats ok...Miami is #23 and UF is at #1. Will we be going up when we get all 25? top 40? cuse is 38?

    The Sun Dome has a lot of potential to have an amazing college basketball enviorment, and if we can put a competitive team out there, it will result in butts in seats and that place will be rockin. with just 4,000 people there, that place can get pretty loud at times...We could really make that place a spot where teams dont want to play in.

    THE GUY WHO WROTE THIS ARTICLE IS THE SAME GUY WHO SAID WE HAD NO BUSINESS PLAYING PITTSBURGH ON HOMECOMING!!!!!!!!! I wrote a very angry letter to the editor, all the kid talked about was how palko was going to tear up our defense and that we should play easy teams on homecoming... PITT turned out to be quite an easy win for us...actually, we turned PITTS entire season around...haha

    I'm so excited about this game that I'm ready to pack the truck GO BULLS!!!! BEAT AUBURN!!! I love the irony, this was supposed to be just a payday game for us! Now it's probably going to be on national television as one of the most anticipated non-conference games of the year!

    smoke and mirrors at UCF I would believe UCF is outrecruiting us if they could actually beat us or win some football games... I have faith in CJL and co that we are bringing some high quality under the radar athletes

    Rod was an ok coach, but his playcalling costed us games vs cincy and kansas... If the next guy is any better, or even just as good, we should be ok.

    my realistic side says i will be disapointed if we go 8-4 again...so I'm expecting improvement 10-2 is what I'm hoping for 12-0 is what i expect

    its the offseason, so sadly I'm left with nothing to do but think as far ahead as I can... the next three years are going to be awesome with grothe...unfortunately we lose him the year before we travel to gaynesville... I think Alton Voss has potential to be a great QB, he is big and athletic, a Tebow sized guy.  If he has half the leadership skills of grothe he will be very successful here. will we redshirt him so he has a solid two years as the starter?  or will we have to recruit a better QB to take over after grothe leaves? I think we'll recruit quite a few quality guys, and the race for the starting job in spring 2010 will extremely competitive.

    the upper decks were open for WVU also hopefully we get mostly saturday night games, and as little thursday/sunday games as possible. saturday noon games i can handle, as fans will still come if the game is important. who will be our homecoming opponent?

    they opened the upper decks for the UCF game in 2005... I'm hoping this year is even better, with 50K in the stands... I hope UCF brings the same fans from 2005, that was great when they all saw the USF game as an easy win and we slaughtered them.

    i have a theory, that as we continue to win, all of the secret USF alumni will creep out of their closests and come to the games, and fall in love.

    great win, couldnt be there because of work...but i was checking the score often on my phone... we'll have to wait and see how this season goes, its not that i dont want mac to do well, but if the sorry big east play continues, mac will have to go.
