    It's a shame the way our basketball team is performing. The future of this program is up to the athletic department. I'm not asking for a regular big east contender or finals qualifier, just a team which can beat teams like UAB and TAMU-CC on a regular basis. A team which nobody in the big east wants too play. A team people want to see on espn, which people can actually depend on for an upset. Not a team which people just change the channel, or a team which a majority of the 5,000 students who live on campus choose not to go watch even though the games are free.

    eh, i might be way to overly optimistic though... i cant get off these green and gold glasses, they are plastered to my face.

    we would need to be 12-0 or 11-1 to win the big east next year. Louisville and WVU are going to powerhouses again. If we were able to pull off such a magical run, I would expect that the thousands USF grads from the tampa bay area would come out of their holes and jump on the bandwagon. We could finsh the year with home crowds in the 40-50,000's. If we land the Orange bowl, that is only a 3 hour drive, and there is no reason not to bullieve that we could bring at least 20,000 fans. USF alumni will jump on the bandwagon fast if we pull off such a run...just look at Rutgers, we'll be the darlings of the southeast.

    he said win the big east or something... basically, we must improve from this year. Next Season, we cannot lose to teams that we should beat. Auburn, Louisville, WVU, and Rutgers are the games that will define our season. Every other game we MUST win. My upset watch for this year is PITT, imo they have the best shot at getting an upset on us. (just like i knew cincy had the best shot to upset us this year). We should be an improved team next year, and hopefully we will not slip on any of those games.

    we will be underdogs, BUT, Auburn is losing a lot of players this year, they are going to be a young inexperienced team and we are playing them at just the right time. To them were supposed to be a warmup, I think were gonna come in there and smack them in the mouth.

    i agree, i would take their stadium as our OCS...perhaps a bit smaller and less crappy though that place was worse than the citrus dump

    i dont make exception to USF students though, a USF student should never sport another team at a USF game...I give people all kinds of hell in the student section if they wear another school hat, luckily its not a growing problem, its actually becoming less and less common.

    I've always been against the whole mixed apparel deal, especially when it comes to bulls fans wearing UF, FSU, or UM crap. I'm always the one giving people hell at the games. but ive come to realize lately that some people just love their team, if i ever was forced to go to a UF or FSU game, I would be wearing all green and gold.

    he did a great job, i was really pulling for him to score one final TD though great career at USF though, I'm not sure where this team would be without him

    OH YEAH! I got a new phone today, and yes, it has music downloads, and yes, they have college fight songs, and YES they have the USF FIGHT SONG!!! YES, THAT IS SWEEEET

    Thats how I am...They only time I pull for a team is when watching the bucs, or if the team playing will help the bucs with a win, money, beer, ect....But i love watching football...so i can always do that.
