This coach asked him which would you rather have slicing open your chest to do work on your heart, a surgeon who has done hundreds of procedures or the hot shot rookie just out of med school with no practical experience? Greg's response, and I am really paraphrasing here, was that it all depends on if that veteran surgeon had had any/many patients die on the table.
