  1. Fire CJL because he surrounds himself with losers (ie. Rod Smith, Pat Julmiste, etc. etc.) Poor clock management was another key to losing this game.
  2. Drop leavitt because he surrounds himself with losers, ie. Rod Smith, Pat Julmiste, etc. etc. There was a ton of horrible calls not just one. Although that one (4th a goal and not taking the 3) is in and of itself enough to convict cjl of being incompetent. Fire CJL!
  3. Its a little late, but better late than never.
  4. whodabulls- I double dog dare you to rush the field. Everyone's doing it, it's really cool.
  5. Whether USF or WVU represents the Big East is not as important as the Big East representative winning the Sugar Bowl. The best case scenario (for USF fans) would be for us to go to the sugar bowl and beat the SEC champ while WVU and Lousivlle beat their opponents. I think the worst thing that could happen to the Big East is to get blown out of the Sugar bowl. If that happens (especially if its USF representing) it very well could be the beginning of the end for our bcs bid.
  6. http://www.collegefootballnews.com/big_east/2005_Predictions/BigEast.htm CFN predicts UCONN 21 USF 20. Lets hope they're wrong.
  7. Dude you're gay! What the bullhonkey is inflammatory about quoting a story that suggests cjl sacrificed last season. So what, maybe he did. Maybe not. You're the one that needs a chill pill.
  8. Well said.  It is unfortunate but true.  It seems to be the same few but they appear to get what they want around here-  That is blind support from the administrators.
  9. It's wasn't meant to be a threat. I just have a hard time believing you'd be so quick to run your trap the way you have to Cee if we were all sitting around the barbecue. But, if you did run your trap i'd just walk away because your not worth my time.
  10. You're absolutely right Cee. Don't let 'em get to you man. There seems to be a bunch of "know it alls" on this board. Keep posting. Many of us appreciate your input. I'm shocked at how open some of these guys are. I doubt they'd be so open mouthed if we were discussing in person.
  11. Why don't you just exercise the "ignore" feature you were born with instead of calling on the sheriff to solve your problems? :-* There seems to be a lot of whinning on this board. Thankfully, it seems to be coming from the same few people. I think its contemptible that you'd make an open thread attacking a Bulls fan like Cee. Why not send a private email if you've got a beef with someone instead of embarrassing them. Maybe I should have just ignored you.
  12. The Bulls are relatively new at playing ball. It shouldn't come as a surprise that we're not selling out RJS or ever the lower bowl for that matter. There are a number of factors working against us. Age of program, history of being a commuter school, poor media coverage (little t.v exposure for away games), The Big Three, etc. I'm not sold on the athletic department doing all they can to get the word out. Only time and wins will do the job. In the mean time get the word out. Go Bulls.
  13. We should have beat Pitt. Pitt's not playing good ball consistently. But, you do make a good point. When we win big (Louisville), we can't fall asleep the next week. We must stay focused. It's not an exact science, because so much of the game is mental. However, I stand by my original statement and believe it makes good sense. We'll see though. Go Bulls!
  14. It makes plenty of sense. A large part of the game is mental. Regardless of what some might say, a win is not a win-especially under the current bcs system. A dominant win (28 plus) against a mediocre team at UCONN will give us an edge/lift mentally that should carry over to the following sat. against WV. If we barely pull out a victory against UCONN the opposite effect might occur against WV. It may sound bogus, but that's just the way it is. Does any of that make sense to you?
  15. We didn't prove anything today. Only that we could beat a sorry Cincy team by essentially two touchdowns. I hope are guys don't get too comfortable with being bowl eligable. If we don't be UCONN by a minimum of 28 we'll get hammered the following week by WV. That's more Breaking News! Why wouldn't I complain after the way we played today. We were suppose to destroy them and we didn't.
  16. I'll purchase them beginning next season. In my humbull opinion, we are a good five years from our first sell out.
  17. Either we pay CJL the big bucks or someone esle will. That's the bottom line. A talent as large as his will not go unnoticed or unrewarded (finacially) for much longer. Pony up the money for him and his assistants. I think after this years Sugar bowl victory there should be no more excuses about our inability to find the funds.
