Hey Guys, I'm sending all my family in Indianapolis USF merchandise for Christmas. I've been looking for a sweet USF hoodie but am not having much luck finding one that's not poor quality. I want a Nike or brand name material. I've checked all the obvious sites, USF, sportsfannattics, bullsheaven, etc. Is there any place I'm not aware of? Thanks and Merry Christmas!

True, but no sane person really thought we had a chance of competeing this year in the Big East.

 According to the NCAA, USF had the 7th toughest schedule in college football this season.  Teams we've played or will play (WVU) have a cumulative winning percentage of 62%.  The University of Florida's strength of schedule was ranked 22nd, FSU's 45th and Miami's 57th.  I was suprised to see us ranked so high considering our membership in a weakened Big East conference.   In light of this new information, I wonder if some of us(myself included) aren't being a little to hard on our coaching staff.  I mean it isn't like we played the 89th toughest schedule in college football (UCF).  What say you fellow Bulls?

Absolutely correct on all points, once again. I appreciate your well researched and thought out input.

I'm a Bulls Fan too. I support the team just not many of the individual on it (ie. CJL, Rod Smith, PJ etc.). My criticism is proof of my devotion. Blind devotion is no devotion at all.

I don't write this to be hurtful in any way. Maybe PJ has some physical ability that qualifies him to be our starting qb. A strong arm? Fast legs? I don't know. From my observations, I am convinced PJ's problems a more mental than physical. By that I mean I don't think he is intellectually gifted enough to play the position of qb successfully. This is not an attack on black athletes' intellectual capabilities, only PJ's. Many blacks have and do play qb successfully. PJ is not one of them. Even the commentators keep noting that pj is a "work in progress." My question is, how long will that "work in progress" take? He hasn't gotten it and I doubt he will. Maybe PJ is smart enough to be a doctor or lawyer, I don't know. I am certain though he isn't smart enough to be a successful qb at a d1,bcs university.

I didn't mean to suggest we have or have had an offense that could be mistaken for champions. I only meant that you can be a champion and still lose because being a champ is more about heart imo. Last night we displayed zero heart.

The strong reactions on this board suggests (to me at least) that this board is full of Bulls football fans. We're just not fans of incompetent coaching and playing. We are critical because we love!

This, I'm afraid, was the mentality of our team last night. It is not the attitude of a champion. And that is what I want and expect. We can't all be champions, but we certainly can play like it. Last night we coached and played like losers.

CJL hired Smith and started pj. What does that say about his competence?

Better we lose today than get embarrased nationally by LSU in Atlanta (assuming we beat WVU). CJL and the Bulls let us down big time they shouldn't be charging us to attend next weeks game, it should be a freebee. A token of the athletic departments sincere apology for their pathetic showing today.
