  1. you people obviously don't know what you're missing. I haven't missed a home game and they are VERY exciting to watch. I even hear people say when they are there its almost better than watching the men play. The women are very competitive, play very hard, and make excellent plays. More people should be out there to support them.
  2. I say the place needs to be gutted. The wooden steps up to the seats are garbage, new lighting needs to be installed, and the seats need to be replaced (the green and golds dont even all match and some are cracked and falling apart) do those renovations before talking about suites.
  3. there are plans to build another parking garage right next to this new residence.
  4. As far as that rule goes, as far as I understand it, if any player is hurt and an injury timeout must be called for him to get off the field, then he has to at least sit out the next play. I guess if your injured enough for them to call a timeout, you too injured to be in the next play.
  5. I hope they add some more content to it, especially more multimedia...its pretty boring...and the other pages still need to be updated
  6. Colin...that's exactly what I was trying to say in my previous post. I'm not saying don't participate in the game. That is far from what I'm saying. Using that chant when it is uncalled for reflects poorly on the fans and shows ignorance about the game. But it seems like bullfreak understands now.
  7. For some reason this chant gets to me. I have no problem when its used and there is a bad call by the official. However, it seems any time a yellow flag is thrown and it goes against usf, regardless of whether or not is was a good, obvious call, the student section starts chanting bull$hit. It sucks when there's penalties against your team but that doesn't always mean the the call is a bull$hit one. Its a good thing when the officials make the right call and its not their fault when a penalty is committed.
  8. I don't think its enough to just offer these packages to students either. More people knew about rutgers giving their kids the money to go than about the packages their own school is offering. How about some major advertising around campus and making going to the game the thing to do. Kids need to know about the deal they can get in order to take the package.
  9. I'm sure Rutgers giving students $300 for travel expenses helped in getting fans out there. Just wish USF would have stepped up more.
  10. In any case its depaul 17-15 with 9 minutes left
  11. Oh sorry, didn't see that anywhere. Was lookin forward to watchin it tonight but thanks for the info
  12. I thought this was supossed to be on Catch 47 ???
  13. That does not seem like a reasonable excuse. Theres no reason why we can't also excell in bb especially in the big east. Uconn could be said then to be a basketball school, yet they still managed to beat us, "a football school" in football. Our basketball program, like our football program, should be rising to play on par with other big east schools.
  14. Except I was at Mom's Place before the game and this guy wearing a bulls shirt walks up to the register and the guy at the register asks who usf is playing today. The guy says good question, I just put this shirt on this morning cuz it was clean, I hate the Big East. :-/
  15. Is there sort of like a "street team" for games to get the word out? Maybe students who pass out fliers on and off campus to start the buzz going
