    Im not so sure Brantley will sit behind Tebow. Tebow is a tremendous athlete, but he leaves a lot to be desired as a passer. Brantley is much further along as a passer and is more accurate.

    The truth is that Miami really makes more sense for Marve than USF does. If he did come here it would be an even bigger get because of this.

    TJ is one of the leaders of this team, and if he and Grothe get in an argument on the field, its really no big deal, thats just two competitors that are feeling the heat of competition. By the way, how funny was it the way Mike Jenkins just dominated Aundre Allison. The only downside to it is that the pro scouts who were watching Allison are certain to raise Mikes draft grade, which might mean he leaves.

    The thing is that we are really lacking a backup qb for next year. I'd like to see Nate Allen get a look, but if he doesnt then I dont think Voss is ready, Gregory may just not be up to it, and Marve will want to redshirt and add weight. Theres no reason Hill couldn't come in and at least challenge for the backup job, as long as he is willing to accept that role.

    I wonder if he saw Jonathan Crompton? Also I doubt David Cutcliffe would use Cadet at QB.....

    I would hope he gets a shot at qb, he could be kinda like Pat White. I dont have time to put it up, but hopefully someone will link the sunshinepreps video, very impressive.

    Going home to West TN. for Xmas and bringing 3 of my high school friends to the game. Hopefully they become bulls fans

    Actually CFN is usually pretty good to USF compared to most Online Publications... If I had to guess anything I would say that this might have been just plain oversight.

    Looking at the film now, Lecorn really doesnt seem to have the explosion out of his cuts that you would like, but he is strong and seems to have good hands. You can always use a steady wideout thats not afraid to catch it over the middle.

    All these guys are pretty big time. I hear conflicting opinions on LeCorn, people seem to think he is either average or a potential all-american. Small looks very underatted, and Allen probably has the best size-speed combo of the three.

    It seems like Taurus Johnson is kinda becoming the team spokesman as he becomes the big play guy. This guy has a bright future.

    In any normal season, Matt would be the leader for freshman aa honors. Unfortunately even I would have a tough time not giving it to McCoy....

    This PJ ragging was funny last year when he was such a frustration as a up/down qb. This year when he is simply a tremendous teamate its just plain mean and stupid.

    I would like to see Nate Allen get a shot at qb this spring, to get some depth be hind grothe. He may be a great safety, but we have a ton of talent there..

    our receivers are very nearly equal to Luisvilles. Grothe is not the thrower Brohm is, but is a vastly superior runner. The real difference is the O-line.

    WVU's lack of defensive speed is the issue. USF can exploit that weakness with our gifted wrs and Grothe. I hope Rod is watching.
