Even Greg Gumble had derogatory comments on the act: " I hope UCF is more prepared than their mascot". It was an instant classic. I'm still laughing at the site!!!!

I thought we were beyond the SG vs RM debate as it is no longer fresh. I don't think anyone (except the darksiders) truly believe we were better off under SG than currently under Coach Mac. I liked SG when he first came to USF from Long Beach State but my adoration evenutally wore off and I was glad he left. SG is the one that wanted leave prior to his final exit from USF. After he left, I intially wanted Lenny Hamiton since he was available after he let go from Washington but I am very geeked on the direction the program is taking under RM. The discipline these guys are playing with and the made free throws (among other areas of the game) down the stretch in tight games has been very refreshing. Just think what the program will do with a full roster of Coach Mac's type of players.

Pretty bad a$$ names on the list: Casey Sanders; Toney Mack; Lou Pinella; Horace Broadnax; Kelly Hite (I guess Bob's son); Charlie Bradley and # 97 Elvis Presley. Who would have thought.

Anyone just see the Golden Knight Mascot take a tumble on TV before the UConn game? LOL!!! How embarrassing!!!

He may have suffered some this year due a huge transition from the European style to our style. I thought he may have contributed more during the season but overall, I think he will contribute more in his Jr and Sr years.

I thought there was a sharp contrast between the skill level and physical size of our players and Memphis. Furthermore, watching UConn v. 'Cuse, there was a really big difference. I think , given some time, we can attract athletes capable of competing against BE teams. It may be a while before we are truly competitive but it will be fun and eventually rewarding to be a part of of the best basketball conference.

IMO, we made significant progress this year. Given the increased revenue stream of being in the BE, exposure, etc., we will attract better athletes. Hey, next year we may be able to play in the conference tournament at Madison Square Garden (sounds like a great road trip), which is better than hanging at the FedEx arena in Memphis. Give Coach Mac and staff some time. He appears to take a long-term approach philosophy and not go for a quick fix. As mentioned before, I think the staff and players exhibited tremendous class during the C-USA tourney.

I have no respect for Memphis. I say pull for one of our BE brothers! Wasn't Memphis questioning our acceptance into the BE earlier this week?

I think the guys showed a lot of class, heart, poise and a never die attitude. To me, this are lessons learned from Coach Mac and staff. Certainly feel good about the immediate future of the bball program. Good luck to you guys and Go Bulls!!!

IMO, I think this needs to be a breakout spring practice for guys that have been on the roster for awhile such as Ramone McCullough, Eric Thomas, Walter Walker and Jerome Springfield. Hope these guys assert themselves as it seems they have paid their dues to earn PT and make positive contributions to the team this fall. (Add Searcy to the list although he is a JUCO transfer).

Does anyone have a take on Ramon McCullough or Searcy? I would really like to see both of these guys man-up and dominate.
