  1. SEC has many teams where are close to the numerous of talent players in Florida!!!
  2. How many acres does University Mall have? Any chance USF to surpass UF?
  3. Last time UM was here in Tampa in 1983-84 where they (JimmyJohnson and B.Kosar) beat UF correct?
  4. I dont think C4 to play WR is necessary.. We've got plenty WRs. We need 100% physical and mental condition backup QB. If he got injury from WR, is anyone would love to see Pat having a chance to play QB?
  5. It may be whole buc fans in stadium will cheer him no matter what? he is one of our memories!
  6. I believe Bucs used their strategy to get Hall. since they may have communicated with Hall's agent and learned no team was interested in Hall so Bucs did not want to waste their pick to Hall. Bucs grabbed the advantage to pick someone else similiar one free pick. IMO, thats how Hall signed Bucs today. Bucs may cut 3 or 4th round drafted player anyway. Bucs know Hall have lot of talent especailly protect the ball very well. I don't think he ever fumbled in last 2 years. didn't he?
  7. i think punter baker will be free agent and will be only one USF to be on the team before opening season. Im looking forward nfl draft next year already.
  8. Need to get prepared with your wife before they find out you have done nothing today. ;D
  9. maybe wait until pick #226. Do you think if Bucs is interested in An.Hall, do they communicate with his agent to see if other team is in interested or not before they pick someone else than Hall?
  10. What if Hall's agent being selfish? gave everyone high expection as he is remained with Hall?
  11. u forgot Pitt played lot of tricks..they would use him for multi purpose like Stewart..
  12. possible SD, Clev, TB since they haven't drafted RB yet. I bet TB coach J.Gruden know Hall well than anybody else.
  13. How many have Andre fumbled in last 2 years?
  14. I think Bucs made a excellent pick. He is Barber replacement. i hope miami will pick hall later
  15. Band won't get NCAA and people around the nation's attention. I think they should pay more on coaching staffs to make USF teams better to get their attention and will earn more contribution $$$ then they can afford for new bands and facilities. Agree?
  16. Have anyone forgot USF's first win against ranked Bowling Green?
  17. IMO, It does not matter how long UF have been playing in NCAA than USF. USF and C. Atkins routed UF before UF coach was fired in 1996. It does MATTER with coaches. UF hired Billy Donovan who took UF to final for first time in 4 years. 6 NCAA tours, 1 NIT in 8 years with UF. Football is different story because of 60 players on rosters!
  18. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/football/ncaa/03/29/bc.fbc.petrino.testimony.ap/index.html LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Louisville football coach Bobby Petrino told a jury on Tuesday that he did not promise a scholarship offer to a former walk-on who is suing the university for the cost of a four-year education. Ryan Holifield claims that Petrino promised to offer Holifield a scholarship in the spring of 2004 if Holifield paid his own way during the 2003 fall semester. He is suing the school for $123,000, the estimated worth of a four-year football scholarship to U of L. Petrino testified he told Holifield he would have the chance to earn a scholarship but did not promise one, The Courier-Journal reported Wednesday on its Web site. "I said there was an opportunity for a scholarship, but it had to be earned," Petrino said. "We don't use the term 'guarantee."' Petrino testified for two hours explaining how the university went about recruiting Holifield, a 6-foot-5 offensive lineman from Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia. Holifield made an official visit to the school from Jan. 24 to 26, 2003. At that time, Petrino said he would welcome Holifield to the team as a walk-on. "I told him we didn't have a scholarship available," Petrino said. "We talked about how a walk-on gets a scholarship and that his best chance would come after two years." When Holifield did not receive a scholarship following his freshman year in 2003, he transferred to Middle Tennessee. Louisville offensive line coach Mike Summers testified Holifield wasn't good enough to receive a scholarship offer. Summers said a grading system he uses to gauge the potential of a recruit rated Holifield below the level required for players to earn the scholarship. Testimony continued in the case on Wednesday. Closing arguments are expected on Thursday.

  20. What's matter with you guys. Are you crybaby while he is homesick or what? Where is your respect? Give him some time. maybe he changed his mind or not.. who knows.. USF have depth rosters then give him a respect. It happens to every universities.
  21. It is too early to say... This semster ends in May and C.Hill will take lot of snaps for few months before season opening. C. Hill's physical and skills have much advantage than Grothe. Mental tough do not show enough in practice. Of C, I believe PJ and CD will not have a chance to take their job.
