    This is the best news in a long time. They have been airing ads for football season tickets during the drive to and from work. That cannot be a bad thing.

    Bealls in Wesley Chapel had all bulls products a 40-60% last weekend. Boaught a killer "hawaiian style" shirt with the horn logo and shield hidden in the pattern.

    I bumped into him at a tennis exhibition in South Carolina last July right after he left USF. What a nice guy and he was still representing well in his USF garb. Small world.

    If you look at his other auctions, he has playbooks for a whole bunch of teams.

    I'll say this, I had the opportunity to see the new business building over the weekend and it is an eyecatcher. Never thought I'd say this about anything on our campus. The inside of that building is first class. So if that is the standard, I'm sure we are in for a treat.

    I agree the times coverage has stepped up. Unless there is something I am missing here let us not be petty too. Brett has been kind to us over the years when he had many opportunities to really rip us. He also has been fair when writing negative stuff that should be reported, but in places like gainesville and tally get swept under the rug. He's no homer, but he is also appears to be a fan. Nothing wrong with that. In fact, it was the Times we should be cautious about. They haven't been so kind to us over the years. Maybe Greg is being granted some access that other reporters are not due to our affiliation? I don't know. Either way thanks for the stuff both guys write. Message board fans are a tough crowd.

    Well the race was great.  And the track was great.  I just wish the IRL would fold and the real indy cars would return.

    The empty keg was okay to watch bands in, but it served nasty pizza, hotdogs and beer. Thats it! They should put in a real sports pub kind of place with a decent menu and beer choices.
